عنوان فارسی طراحی الگوی توسعه آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای متناسب با نیاز بازار کار و ظرفیت‌های منطقه‌ای: مطالعه موردی، صنعت بیمه
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده : در بازار رقابتی امروز ضرورت دارد که سازمانها همواره باید یک گام جلوتر از رقبا باشند لذا سازمان ها تلاش می کنند که همواره مزیت رقابتی خود را حفظ نمایند. فشارهای فزایند محیطی و تحولات فراگیر ، سازمانها را با چالشهای گوناگونی مواجه ساخته است و ناکارآمدی نگرشها، سیستمها و ابزارهای مدیریتی قدیمی کاملا آشکار شده است چرا که با رویکردهای سنتی نمی توان در بازاری که تمامی قواعد حاکم بر آن عوض شده است به رقابت پرداخت. سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای نیز بعنوان یک سازمان پیشرو و تاثیر گذار در امر اشتغال و مهارت ورزی در این روزگار پر شتاب سعی نموده رسالت خود را با امر استاندارد سازی مشاغل پررنگتر نموده و این بار در صنعت بیمه نقش خود را بصورت تاثیر گذاری نمایان کرده است. لذا در این پژوهش سعی بر این گردید با پرداختن به اهمیت و ماهیت این دو ، سازمان فنی و حرفه ای و صنعت بیمه نسبت طراحی نقشه راه آموزش حرف و مشاغل در صنعت بیمه در دو سطح مدیران و نمایندگی ها اقدام گردد . در این راستا پس از مصاحبه با خبرگان و تعیین استانداردهای کاری دو گروه تا رسیدن به سطح اشباع مولفه ها و دانش و مهارت مربوطه  استخراج گردید . و بعد از آن نسبت به تعیین شاخص های مراحل کاری و مولفه های شایستگی و شاخص های اصلی عملکرد و تدوین استانداردهااقدام گردید . در آخر نیز پیشنهاداتی در راستای نتایج اخذ شده ارایه گردید .

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In today's competitive market, it is necessary that organizations should always be one step ahead of competitors, so organizations strive to always maintain their competitive advantage. Increasing environmental pressures and pervasive developments have posed a variety of challenges to organizations, and the ineffectiveness of old management attitudes, systems, and tools has become quite apparent because traditional approaches cannot compete in a market where all rules have changed. The Technical and Vocational Education Organization, as a leading and influential organization in the field of employment and skills in these fast-paced times, has tried to make its mission more prominent by standardizing jobs, and this time in the insurance industry, its role has been shown to be effective. has done. Therefore, in this study, we tried to address the importance and nature of these two, the technical and professional organization and the insurance industry to design a roadmap for vocational training and jobs in the insurance industry at both levels of managers and agencies. In this regard, after interviewing the experts and determining the work standards of the two groups until the level of saturation of the components and the relevant knowledge and skills were extracted. After that, the indicators of work stages and competency components and the main performance indicators and standards were developed. Finally, suggestions were made in line with the results obtained
