عنوان فارسی ضرورت درس کارآفرینی در دورۀ کارشناسی آموزش ابتدایی مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های ذهنی-روانی کارآفرینان آموزشی
چکیده فارسی مقاله ما در دوره‌ای از مشکلات بی‌سابقه‌ی اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فناوری و زیست محیطی زندگی می‌کنیم و نیاز به بهبود و تغییر شرایط در مقیاس جهانی داریم. از آنجا که آموزش و پرورش به عنوان یک عنصر اساسی در روند توسعه و پیشرفت ملی مورد پذیرش است، می‌تواند نقش مهمی از طریق معلمان در موفقیت سیستم آموزشی برای ایجاد یک تحول مثبت در جامعه داشته باشد. در حال حاضر سیستم‌های آموزشی کنونی اساسآ مبتنی بر هوش کلامی-زبانی، ریاضی-منطقی می‌باشد که به عنوان IQ یا ضریب هوشی تعریف می‌شوند و در نتیجه بیشتر بر عملکردهای چپ مغز تمرکز می‌کند که توجه یک جانبه به آن پتانسیل های کارآفرینی افراد از جمله خلاقیت، ریسک‌پذیری، تفکر انتقادی، کنترل درونی، اعتماد به نفس و غیره را که برای داشتن یک ذهنیت کارآفرینی لازم و ضروری است را کاهش داده یا از بین می‌برد. در این تحقیق ضمن بحث و بررسی در خصوص مفهوم، مبانی و ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی به اختصار، به موضوع ویژگی‌های دانشجویان کارشناسی آموزش ابتدایی و مولفه‌های برنامه درسی به تفضیل پرداخته شد. نتایج مطالعات حاضر حاکی از آن است برای ایجاد رشد اقتصادی و نوآوری در مشاغل  مختلف، افزایش شهروندان شاد و توانا در حل مسائل و موضوعات درازمدت، داشتن سلامت فکری و روحی، درک فرصت‌ها و خلاء‌ها، «درس کارآفرینی» برای دانشجویان رشته آموزش ابتدایی و تجهیز آنان به ویژگی‌ها و صلاحیت های کارآفرینی ضرورت دارد. در پایان پیشنهادهایی در جهت ارائه درس کارآفرینی با توجه به ویژگی‌های ذهنی- روانی کارآفرینان آموزشی به عنوان یک واحد اجباری در رشته آموزش ابتدایی ارائه گردید.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله We live in an era with unprecedented social, economic, technological and environmental problems, so we need to improve and change the conditions on a global scale. Since education is accepted as an essential element in the process of national development and progress, it can play an important role by the teachers in the success of the educational system to create a positive evolve in the society.Current educational systems are based on verbal-linguistic and  mathematical-logical intelligence, which is defined as IQ or intelligence quotient, and therefore  focuses mostly on left side-brain functions focusing  on these functions will caused problems so it will reduce and eliminte  one's individual entrepreneurial potentials, including creativity. task risking , critical thinking, internal control, self-confidence, and exc. with is essential  for an entrepreneurship mentality.In this research, while discussing briefly the concept, fundamentals and characteristics of entrepreneurship, the topic characteristics of  bachelors student whos major is primary school education and curriculum components is also discussed in detail. The results of the present study indicates that it is essential to create economic growth and innovation in different jobs, increase happy and capable citizens in solving long-term issues and problems having, opportunities and gaps, "entrepreneurship lessons" for primary education students, and mobilizing them with entrepreneurial traits and competencies  At the end, some suggestions regarding the mental-psychological characteristies of educational entrepreneurs as a  compulsory unit in elementary education were presented presented entrepreneurship courses.
