عنوان فارسی تحلیل شبکه‌های پیوندی وب‌گاه‌های پژوهشگاه‌های ایران: روابط پنهان و آشکار
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر با روش وب‌سنجی، و به‌کارگیری شیوه تحلیل پیوند به بررسی وضعیت روابط و شبکه‌های پیوندی وب‌گاه‌های پژوهشگاه‌های ایران پرداخته است. جامعه مورد مطالعه وب‌گاه 23 پژوهشگاه و مرکز پژوهشی ایران است. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار تحلیل‌گر وب انجام شده است. نمودار شبکه‌ای رسم شده در این پژوهش قدرت پیوندهای متقابل بین مجموعه‌ای از وب‌گاه‌های پژوهشگاه‌های ایران را نشان داده و الگوی رابطه درونی بین این وب‌گاه‌ها را به تصویر‌کشیده است. وب‌گاه‌های پژوهشگاه‌های ایران به لحاظ تبادل پیوند و همکاری با سایر پژوهشگاه‌ها از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار نیستند. نمودارهای هم‌پیوندی نیز روابط پنهان پژوهشگاه‌های ایران را به تصویر کشید و بیانگر این نکته بود که عامل اشتراک موضوعی و محتوایی از مهم‌ترین عوامل ایجاد هم‌پیوندی در بین وب‌گاه‌های مراکز پژوهشی ایران بوده است. از نظر مجموع پیوندهای دریافتی و بیرونی، وب‌گاه‌های مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، پژوهشگاه علوم و فناوری اطلاعات ایران، و سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی ایران در وضعیت بهتری نسبت به سایر وب‌گاه‌ها قرار دارند. به لحاظ تعداد پیوندهای دریافتی و میزان رؤیت‌پذیری نیز پژوهشگاه علوم و فناوری اطلاعات ایران، مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، و سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی ایران در رتبه‌های اول تا سوم قرار دارند. بررسی وضعیت نشانی اینترنتی پیوندهای دریافتی و پیوندهای بیرونی وب‌گاه‌های مراکز پژوهشی ایران نشان داد دامنه‌های .com و .ir بیشترین میزان پیوند را به این وب‌گاه‌ها داشته‌اند. وب‌گاه‌های این مراکز بیشترین پیوند بیرونی را به وب‌گاه‌های عامه‌پسند (علمی، مذهبی، سرگرمی) و بعد از آن، وب‌گاه‌های دانشگاه‌ها و مؤمسسات آموزش عالی داده‌اند.

عنوان انگلیسی A Link Network Analysis of Iranian Research Institute Websites: Overt and Covert Relationships
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The research investigates the link and networks of Iranian research institute websites using webometrics and the link analysis method. The population includes the websites of 23 research institutes and centers in Iran. The data were collected using the Webometric Analyst software. The network diagram shows the mutual link strength among the set of research institute websites in Iran, and depicts the pattern of internal relationships among these websites. Iranian research institute websites are not in good conditions in link exchange and the cooperation with each other. In addition, the colink diagrams illustrated the covert relationships among Iranian research institutes suggesting that the common topics and contents have been the most important elements of colink creation among Iranian research institute websites. It was found that the websites of Scientific Information Database (SID), Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology (IRANDOC), and National Library and Archives of I.R of Iran (NLAI) were in a better condition than those of other websites as regards the total in-links and out-links. Also, the first to the third ranks were dedicated to IRANDOC, SID, and NLAI websites respectively in in-link numbers and visibility. The analysis of Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) of in-links and out-links of Iranian research institute websites showed that the maximum number of in-link to these websites was reserved for the domains .ir and .com. The websites of Iranian research institutes and centers dedicated most of their out-links to scientific, religious, and fun websites, followed by the ones for universities and the institutes of higher education.
