عنوان فارسی تعیین میزان کاربرد مؤلفه های مدیریت فرانوگرا در کتابخانه های دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر اصفهان
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی میزان کاربرد مؤلفه‌های مدیریت فرانوگرا در بین مدیران و کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر اصفهان بود که به‌روش توصیفی - پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش را مدیران و کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر اصفهان (166 نفر) تشکیل داده است. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه ‌محقق‌ساخته گردآوری شدند و با نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که میزان کاربرد تمام مؤلفه‌ها در وضعیت موجود، کمتر از سطح متوسط و در وضعیت مطلوب، بیشتر از سطح متوسط بود. نتایج حاصل از هتلینگ نیز نشان داد که میزان تأثیر مؤلفه‌ها در وضعیت موجود و مطلوب یکسان نیست. همچنین، تحلیل نتایج نشان داد که در وضعیت موجود برحسب ویژگی جمعیت‌شناختی جنسیت و محل خدمت و در وضعیت مطلوب نیز برحسب ویژگی جمعیت‌شناختی رشته تحصیلی و محل خدمت تفاوت میانگین‌ها معنی‌دار بوده است (p< 0.05).

عنوان انگلیسی The Application Rate of Post Modern Management Components in the Libraries of Isfahan State Universities
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study was to investigate the application rate of post modern management components among managers and librarians in the libraries of Isfahan state universities and the research method was descriptive survey study. The population consisted of 166 managers and librarians in the libraries of Isfahan state universities. Data was gathered using a researcher-made questionnaire and SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The findings showed that the application rate of all the components in the existing situation were lower than the average and in the ideal situation were higher than average. The results of Hotteling showed that the effect of the components in the existing situation and in the ideal situation were not the same. The findings also showed that there was significance in the existing situation based on demographic factors gender and place of work and in the ideal situation based on demographic factors course of study and place of work (p< 0.05).
