عنوان فارسی پیوند دوباره با محله: معاصرسازی مکان مبنا و تغییرکاربری خانه های باارزش تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله اهداف: کاربری مسکونی، مانع از ارتباط موثر بنای تاریخی و مخاطبان بنا می گردد، نوع کاربری جدیدی که در جریان روند احیای بنای تاریخی، به آن ها تخصیص داده می شود، دارای اهمیت است. هدف اصلی مقاله تحلیل اقدامات سازمان زیباسازی شهر تهران و شهرداری تهران در تغییر کاربری خانه های ارزشمند تهران براساس مدل معاصرسازی مکان مبنا می باشد. ابزار و روش ها: روش پژوهـش کیفـی مبتنی بر تحلیل گفتمان همزمان می باشد. بـا بررسی رویکرد معاصرسازی مکان مبنا، حفاظت از آینـده همتـراز بـا حفاظـت گذشـته درک موضوع را پیچیـده کـرده و بـا در نظـر گرفتـن هـدف مکان سازی، مشـارکت دادن تمـام افـراد ذینفع و ذی نفوذ به ناچـار با واگرایی گفتمـان، مواجـه مـی گردد. درنظر گرفتن گروه های مختلف در نه نمونه موردی تغییر کاربری خانه های تاریخی تهران به تحلیل کیفیت محله با رویکرد مقاله پرداخته می شود. فرآیند تغییر کاربری خانه های تاریخی نیز براساس این مدل تبیین شد.. یافته ها: در همه نمونه ها گفتمان توسعه ای شامل مرمت موضعی، افزایش کیفیت و محرک توسعه از همه گفتمان ها دارای نمره بالاتری است. گفتمان بازتولید ناخودآگاه شامل استفاده از مکان و تعاملات و تجارب بعد از گفتمان توسعه ای دارای اهمیت می باشد.   نتیجه گیری: تغییر کاربری خانه های تاریخی با رویکرد مقاله می تواند این خانه ها را به مکانی بهتر تبدیل کند و به محله پیوند دهد، موضوعی که بر اساس نظریه معماری سرآمد، اساس تجلی پایداری در مقیاس معماری و شهرسازی است.

عنوان انگلیسی Reconnection to Context: Place-based Contemporization and Reuse of Tehran Valuable Houses
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aims: Residential use prevents effective communication between the monument and the audience, therefore the new type of use that is assigned to them during the restoration process is significant. The main purpose of this article is to analyze the adaptive reuse of the Tehran valuable houses by Tehran Beautification Organization and Municipality of Tehran based on the place-based contemporization model. Materials & Methods: The qualitative research method is adopted based on the "synchronic discourse analysis". By examining the place-based contemporization approach, the participation of all stakeholders and influential people is inevitably divergent. Considering different groups in nine case studies of changing the use of historic houses in Tehran, the quality of the neighborhood is analyzed with the approach of the article. The process of changing the use of historic houses was also explained based on this model. Findings: In all cases, developmental discourse, including local restoration, quality enhancement and development stimulus has a higher score than all other discourses. The discourse of unconscious reproduction involves the use of place and interactions and experiences after developmental discourse is important. Conclusion: In the highperformance architecture theory, contemporization and reuse of the valuable houses in Tehran with the approach of the article can make these houses a better place and link them to the neighborhood. The conclusion highlighs the successful record of the Tehran Beautification Organization and the Municipality of Tehran in contemporization of the Tehran valuable houses; as well as benefits and drawbacks.
