عنوان فارسی برآورد ارزش اقتصادی قلعه فلک الافلاک خرم آباد به روش هزینه سفر منطقه‌ای
چکیده فارسی مقاله ضرورت آگاهی از ارزش اقتصادی مکانهای تاریخی وگردشگری وعوامل موثر بر آن ازنظرایجاد اشتغال، تولید، درآمد منطقه وهمین طور سرمایه گذاری عمومی وسیاستگذاری مناسب برای بهبود کیفی آن بر کسی پوشیده نیست   وازهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.  هدف این مطالعه برآورد ارزش اقتصادی قلعه فلک الافلاک خرم آباد به روش هزینه سفر منطقه‌ای است. روش تحقیق از نوع تحلیلی وعملیات میدانی بر روی بازدید کنندگان قلعه فلاک الافلاک خرم آباد با انجام رگرسیون چند متغیره لگاریتمی به منظور تخمین تابع تقاضای سفر است. جامعه آماری مورد بررسی شامل کلیه بازدیدکنندگان قلعه فلک‌الافلاک خرم اباداست. ازمیان آنها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده نمونه ای معادل 306 نفرازطریق تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ در آبان‌ماه 1397 مورد سوال قرارگرفتند. آنگاه با نرم افزار های SPSS و EVIEWS  داده ها توصیف وتجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که سن، هزینه ورودی، درآمد و مسافت از اصلی¬ترین عوامل مؤثر بر تقاضای گردشگری در قلعه فلک الافلاک خرم آباد بودند

عنوان انگلیسی Estimating the economic value of Khorram Abad Falak al-Aflak castle by regional travel cost method
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Investigating the economic value of tourism areas is one of the topics of interest in studies of tourism economics. Investigating the economic value of recreational areas in terms of cost-benefit policy-making and tourism analysis is essential. The purpose of this study was to estimate the economic value of Falak al-Aflak castle of Khorram Abad by regional travel cost method. The research method is applied. The statistical population of the study included visitors to Falak al-Aflak castle. The sampling method is simple. In order to determine the size of the sample, since the size of the population is unknown, Cochran's formula was used to obtain the sample size of 306 persons that the required data collected through filling out the questionnaires in Nov 2019 by visiting travelers to the Castle. After extracting data from questionnaires completed by the sample members and estimating the research patterns, the research hypotheses were tested. Different software such as Eviews and Spss have been used in this research. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the supervisor and its reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha method. The results of this study showed that entrance cost, income and distance were the main factors affecting tourism demand in Falak al-Aflak castle.
