عنوان فارسی واکاوی عوامل اثرپذیر و اثرگذار بر نوآوری پایدار در بیمارستان های دولتی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: نوآوری پایدار به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار در عملکرد بخش بهداشت و سلامت شناخته می شود، زیرا طبیعت پویا و پیچیده­ی صنعت مراقبت­ سلامت، مستلزم شیوه­ها و راه حل­های ابتکاری برای دستیابی به پایداری می­باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین عوامل اثرگذار و اثرپذیر در نوآوری پایدار در بیمارستان­های دولتی شهر تهران بوده است. روش ­ها: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و بر حسب روش پژوهش ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی) در دو مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله­ی اول برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر نوآوری پایدار در بیمارستان‌های دولتی، 11 نفر از خبرگان بیمارستان­های دولتی شهر تهران با روش نمونه­گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه­ی عمیق با آن­ها صورت گرفت. در مرحله­ی دوم از طریق پرسش­نامه و به‌کارگیری روش دیمتل فازی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اکسل، رابطه درونی این عوامل و عوامل اثرگذار و اثرپذیر مشخص شد. یافته ­ها: 72 کد از مصاحبه­ها استخراج و در قالب 17 عامل دسته­بندی شد. از 17 عامل، هشت عامل اثرگذار و نُه عامل اثرپذیر بود. پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که آشنایی مدیر با دانش روز به‌عنوان تأثیرگذارترین عامل و رعایت پایداری در همه­ی جوانب بیمارستان به‌عنوان تأثیرپذیرترین عامل بود. نتیجه‌گیری: پیشنهاد می شود مسئولین بیمارستان­ها با توجه به مزیت­های نوآوری پایدار، با آموزش­های کاربردی و به روز و توسعه منابع انسانی و استفاده از سیستم­هایی که باعث ایجاد شفافیت در بیمارستان­ها می­شود بتوانند بستری مناسب برای توسعه نوآوری پایدار در بیمارستان­ها فراهم کنند.

عنوان انگلیسی Analysis of influential and influential factors on sustainable innovation in public hospitals
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Sustainable innovation is recognized as one of the influencing factors in the performance of the health sector because the dynamic and complex nature of the health care industry requires innovative methods and solutions to achieve sustainability. The aim of this study is to determine factors influenced by and influencing sustainable innovation in public hospitals in Tehran. Methods: The present applied research was conducted in two stages according to mixed methods research (qualitative and quantitative). In the first stage, in order to extract the factors influencing sustainable innovation in public hospitals, 11 people were selected from among the experts of public hospitals in Tehran by the snowball sampling method, and in-depth interviews were conducted with them. In the second stage, through a questionnaire and the fuzzy dimatel method using Excel software, the internal relationship between these factors and the influenced and influencing factors was determined. Results: 72 codes were extracted from the interviews and categorized into 17 factors. Out of 17 factors, 8 factors were influencing ones and 9 factors were influenced ones. According to the results of the research, the manager's familiarity with current knowledge was the most influencing factor and the observance of stability was the most influenced factor in all aspects of the hospital. Conclusion:Considering the benefits of sustainable innovation, it is recommended that hospital officials should provide a suitable platform for the development of sustainable innovation in hospitals with practical and up-to-date training and human resource development and the use of systems that create transparency in hospitals.
