عنوان فارسی لیزر pulsed dye در درمان ضایعات portwine stains: یک مقاله مروری
چکیده فارسی مقاله ضایعات portwine stains (PWS) از شایع‌ترین مالفورماسیون‌های عروقی کودکی به‌شمار می‌روند که بدون درمان، به‌تدریج افزایش رنگ و ضخامت پبدا کرده و تأثیر مخرب و عمیق روانی روی کودک دارند. به همین دلیل و نیز به‌دلیل مقاوم‌شدن ضایعات به درمان با گذشت زمان، درمان زودرس اولیه این ضایعات اهمیت فراوانی دارد. لیزر Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL) درحال حاضر درمان انتخابی اولیه این ضایعات محسوب می‌شود. تقریباً در تمام جنبه‌های مربوط به درمان این ضایعات با لیزر PDL، اختلاف‌نظر و بعضاً داده‌های ضدونقیض در میان مطالعات مختلف یافت می‌شود. این موارد شامل نامشخص‌بودن تعداد بهینه جلسات درمان، سن مناسب شروع درمان، پارامترهای بهینه برای شروع درمان و روش‌های ممکن برای افزایش اثربخشی درمان با لیزر، عوارض احتمالی درمان و نحوه مواجهه با آن‌ها و نیز استفاده از روش‌های مختلف برای کاستن از ناراحتی بیمار حین درمان هستند. مقاله حاضر به جمع‌آوری و مرور مطالعات موجود در این زمینه پرداخته است.

عنوان انگلیسی Pulsed dye laser (PDL) in the treatment of portwine stains: a narrative review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Portwine stains (PWS) lesions are one of the most common childhood vascular malformations that gradually increase in color and thickness without treatment and have profound devastating psychological effects on the child. For this reason, and also because the lesions become resistant to treatment over time, early treatment of these lesions is very important. pulsed dye laser (PDL) is currently the treatment of choice for these lesions. In almost all aspects of the treatment of these lesions with PDL laser, disagreement and sometimes contradictory data are found among various studies. These include the uncertainty of the optimal number of treatment sessions, the appropriate age to start treatment, the optimal parameters to start treatment with and possible methods to increase the effectiveness of PDL, possible treatment side effects and how to deal with them, as well as using different methods to reduce patient discomfort during treatment. The present article collects and reviews existing studies in this field.
