عنوان فارسی مقایسه نیمرخ چندشکلی تک نوکلئوتیدی r‌s۴۶۴۶۹۹۴ ژنACE کاراته کاران با وزنه برداران نخبه ایرانی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در سال­های اخیر جستجو برای شناخت اختلافات ژنتیکی موثر در عملکرد ورزشی به امر چالش برانگیزی تبدیل شده­است. وزنه­برداران و کاراته­کاران ایرانی از طلایه­داران المپیک می­باشند،  لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه نیمرخ چندشکلی تک­نوکلئوتیدیrs4646994 ژنACE  کاراته­کاران با وزنه­برداران نخبه ایرانی بود. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر بر روی قهرمانان نخبه وزنه­برداری، کاراته­کا و غیرورزشکاران انجام­شد. با تکمیل فرم جمعیت­شناختی و بررسی وضعیت سلامتی و امضاء رضایتنامه کتبی توسط شرکت­کنندگان،  5میلی لیتر نمونه­های بزاقی از شرکت­کنندگان جمع­آوری­شد. ژنوتیپ­هایACE با استفاده از تکنیکPCR و الکتروفورز بر روی ژل آگارز 1درصد تعیین­شدند. تجریه­وتحلیل داده­ها با روش­های آماری آنووا، کای­مربع و رگرسیون­لجستیک انجام­شد. سطح معنی­داری 05/0 در نظر گرفته­ شد. یافته­ها: نتایج نشان­داد درصد شیوع آللD در گروه­های وزنه­بردار، کاراته­کا و غیرورزشکاران به ترتیب 3/58،  4/73­ و1/65­ می باشد. ژنوتیپID درگروه­های وزنه­بردار نخبه و غیرورزشکاران و ژنوتیپDD  در گروه­ کاراته­کای نخبه به طور معنی­داری شایع تر بود(05/0> P). مقایسه بین گروه­های کاراته­کا و وزنه­بردار نیز نشان­داد تفاوت معنی­داری در توزیع ژنوتیپ­ها وجود دارد(471/7= χ2، 024/0= P). همچنین نتایج نشان­داد که هیچ­یک از ژنوتیپ­های چندشکلیIns/Del ژن ACE با وضعیت وزنه­برداری و یا کاراته­کایی ارتباط معنی­داری نداشت(05/0

عنوان انگلیسی Comparison of ACE gene single nucleotide polymorphism (rs4646994) profile in Iranian elite karate-kas and weightlifters
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background. The search to identify genetic differences affecting athletic performance has become a challenge recently. Iranian weightlifters and karate-kas are the champions of Olympics. Therefore, the aim of study was the comparison of ACE gene single nucleotide polymorphism (rs4646994) profile in Iranian elite karate-kas and weightlifters. Materials and Methods. The subjects were included of elite weightlifters, karate-kas and non-athletes. By completing the demographic form and checking the health status and signing the written consent by the participants, 5 ml of saliva samples were collected from them. ACE genotypes were determined by PCR and electrophoresis on agarose gel. Data analysis was performed by ANOVA, chi-square and logistic regression. Significance level was considered 0.05. Results: The results showed that the prevalence percent of D allele in weightlifters, karatekas and non-athletes were 58.3, 73.4 and 65.1, respectively. The results showed that the percent of ID genotype in elite weightlifting groups (56.7%) and non-athletes (46.5%) and DD genotype in elite karate-ka groups (61.7%) were significantly more common (P< 0 .05). Also the Comparison of genotype distribution showed a significant difference between karate-ka and weightlifter groups (χ2=7.471 , P = 0.024). In addition the results showed that none of the Ins / Del polymorphic genotypes of ACE gene had a significant relationship with the status of weightlifter or karate-ka (p> 0.05).  Conclusion: In the study of ACE I / D gene, ID genotype was the most common in the weightlifting group and DD genotype was the most common in the karate group, which is probably a helpful result for those interested in sports talent to choose and participate in one of these two disciplines.
