عنوان فارسی بررسی تأثیر آموزشی سنتی و آموزش الکترونیک بر بهورزان شهرستان نور در خصوص مدیریت پسماند بر اساس الگوی کرک پاتریک
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی اثربخشی روش‌های مختلف آموزش ضمن خدمت به‌منظور رسیدن به اهداف موردنظر و کاهش هزینه‌ها در هر سازمانی ضروری است. لذا تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزشی سنتی و آموزش الکترونیک (از راه دور) بر بهورزان شهرستان نور در خصوص مدیریت پسماند در سال 99 بر اساس الگوی کرک پاتریک انجام گردید.  مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر به روش نیمه تجربی در 80 خانه بهداشت شهرستان نور اجرا گردید. 100 مشارکت‌کننده پژوهش با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی به دو گروه آموزش سنتی و آموزش از راه دور در خصوص آموزش مدیریت پسماند تقسیم شدند. ارزیابی پیامد با استفاده از دو سطح اول مدل کریک پاتریک (سطح رضایت و یاد گیری) انجام گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از اماره‌های توصیفی و آزمون تی زوجی، تی مستقل و رگرسیون خطی، به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.  یافته‌ها:  نتایج آزمون تی زوجی تأثیر هر دو روش را بر ارتقاء میزان یادگیری  (p< 0/05). پاسخگویان در خصوص مدیریت پسماند روستایی نشان داد. نتایج آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد بین میزان نمره رضایت با تفاوت میانگین 0/1 و میزان یاد‌گیری بهورزان با تفاوت میانگین 0/02 در دو گروه تفاوتی آماری معناداری  (p>0/05).  مشاهده نشد. نتایج آزمون رگرسیون خطی نشان داد سطح سواد دارای ارتباط آماری معنادار (0/3=P≤0/05  β) با میزان یاد‌گیری داشت. ولی سن ارتباط آماری معنادار  (p< 0/05).  با میزان یاد‌گیری نشان نداد.  نتیجه‌گیری: یا فته های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد، روش آموزش سنتی و الکترونیک در یادگیری بهورزان در زمینه مدیریت پسماند اثر مشابهی داشت؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌گردد که در برنامه‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت بهورزان، از روش‌های آموزش الکترونیکی به‌صورت ترکیبی با روش سنتی جهت رشد و توسعه حرفه ای انها بهره گیرند.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Effect of Traditional Education and E-Learning on Community Health Workers in Noor City Regarding Waste Management Based on Kirk Patrick Model
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Evaluating the effectiveness of various in-service training methods is essential in order to achieve the desired goals and reduce costs in any organization. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of traditional education and e-learning (distance learning) on health workers in Noor city regarding waste management in 1999 based on the Kirk Patrick model.  Materials and Methods:The present study was performed by quasi-experimental method in 80 health centers of Noor city. 100 participants in the study were randomly divided into two groups of traditional education and distance education on waste management education. Outcome assessment was performed using the first two levels of the Kirk Patrick model using a questionnaire and test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-test, independent t-test and linear regression by SPSS software.   Results: The results of the paird t-test showed the effect of both methods on improving the learning rate (Pvalue≤0.05) of the respondents regarding rural waste management. The findings of the independent samples t test showed that there was no statistically significant difference (Pvalue≥0.05) between the satisfaction score with a mean difference of 0.1 and the learning rate of health workers with a mean difference of 0.02 in the two groups. The results of linear regression test showed that the level of literacy had a statistically significant relationship (Pvalue≤0.05 = β = 0.30) but about the age, there was no statistically significant relationship (Pvalue≥0.05) with the amount of learning.   Conclusion:  Traditional and e-learning methods had a similar effect on health workers' learning in the field of waste management. Therefore, it is necessary that in-service training programs for community health workers, use e-learning methods in combination with other methods for their professional improvement.
