عنوان فارسی رابطه نگرش عقلانی و بهزیستی اجتماعی اعضای هیأت علمی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه یزد)
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقاله حاضر به بررسی رابطه نگرش عقلانی با بهزیستی اجتماعی در بین اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه یزد پرداخته است. پژوهش به روش پیمایش انجام شده، داده‌ها با تکنیک پرسشنامه و با استفاده از شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نسبی از 213 نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه یزد جمع‌آوری شده است. نگرش عقلانی در سه بعد کثرت‌گرایی، ابزاری بودن و نیت‌مندی و بهزیستی اجتماعی در پنج بعد مشارکت اجتماعی، پذیرش اجتماعی، شکوفایی اجتماعی، انسجام اجتماعی و همبستگی اجتماعی سنجیده شده است. اعتبار این پژوهش از نوع محتوایی است و برای سنجش پایایی آن از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده که دارای مقادیر مطلوب بوده است. داده‌های پژوهش پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری  SPSS و SmartPLS تحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد با توجه به میانگین بدست آمده از دو متغیر مورد مطالعه، عقلانیت ابزاری در بین اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه یزد در حد پایین قرار دارد، این در صورتی است که میزان بهزیستی اجتماعی در حد بالا قرار گرفته است. بر اساس داده‌های حاصل از ماتریس همبستگی پیرسون، بین ابعاد بهزیستی اجتماعی (به غیر از بعد انسجام اجتماعی و بعد همبستگی اجتماعی) با ابعاد نگرش عقلانی با تأکید ویژه بر بعد پذیرش اجتماعی رابطه معکوس و معنی‌داری وجود دارد؛ بدین معنا که هرچقدر میزان ابعاد مورد نظر بهزیستی اجتماعی افزایش پیدا کند به تبع آن عقلانیت ابزاری در بین اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه یزد کاهش پیدا می‌کند. همچنین، بررسی بدست آمده از آزمون تی مستقل در زمینه رابطه متغیر زمینه‌ای جنسیت با نگرش عقلانی نشان داد که اختلاف نگرش عقلانی در بین اعضای هیأت علمی در مردان کمتر از زنان است، در نتیجه بین اختلاف نگرش عقلانی اعضای هیأت علمی برحسب جنسیت آنها رابطه وجود دارد. درنهایت، متغیر بهزیستی اجتماعی 18/19 درصد از تغییرات متغیر نگرش عقلانی را تبیین می‌کند

عنوان انگلیسی The Relationship between Rational Attitude and Social Welfare of Faculty Members (Case Study: Yazd University)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present article investigates the relationship between rational attitude and social welfare among faculty members of Yazd University. The research was conducted by survey method. Data were collected from 213 faculty members of Yazd University using a questionnaire technique and using stratified random sampling method. Rational attitude is measured in three dimensions of pluralism, instrumentalism and intentionality and social welfare in five dimensions of social participation, social acceptance, social prosperity, social cohesion and social solidarity. The validity of this research is content type and to measure its reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which had the desired values. Research data were analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS statistical software. Findings showed that according to the mean obtained from the two variables studied, instrumental rationality is low among faculty members of Yazd University, while the level of social welfare is high. Based on the data obtained from the Pearson correlation matrix, there is an inverse and significant relationship between the dimensions of social well-being (excluding the dimension of social cohesion and the dimension of social solidarity) with the dimensions of rational attitude with special emphasis on social acceptance; This means that the more the desired dimensions of social welfare increase, the lower the instrumental rationality among the faculty members of Yazd University decreases. Also, the study obtained from the independent t-test on the relationship between gender variables and rational attitude showed that the difference in rational attitude among faculty members is less in men than women, as a result, there is a relationship between differences in faculty members' rational attitudes by gender. Finally, the social welfare variable explains 19.18% of the changes in the rational attitude variable.
