عنوان فارسی تحولات کالبدی و عملکردی حیاط در مسکن روستایی؛ مطالعه موردی: روستاهای دشت مرکزی گرمسار
چکیده فارسی مقاله تغییرات فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و اجبار نهادهای دولتی به‌منظور شکل جدید زندگی و بهبود شرایط روستائیان، تغییراتی در مسکن روستایی به وجود آورده است، به‌طوری‌که حیاط که جزء لاینفک خانه روستایی و بخشی از مساحت آن محسوب می‌شود دچار تغییرات اساسی در کالبد و کارکرد خود شده است. پژوهش حاضر، باتوجه‌به نقش حیاط در زندگی روستایی و با هدف دستیابی به عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تغییرات کالبدی و عملکردی آن، به مطالعه و بررسی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی شهرستان گرمسار می‌پردازد. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش مطالعه به‌صورت توصیفی - تحلیلی است. گردآوری اطلاعات ازطریق مشاهده میدانی، برداشت‌ها، اسناد و منابع کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. روستاها به‌صورت هدفمند و غیرتصادفی و حجم نمونه 5 درصد جامعه آماری و به روشی تصادفی برگزیده شده است. آنالیز داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS و تحلیل عاملی (Factor Analysis) برای دسته‌بندی عوامل کالبدی و کارکردی حیاط انجام شده است. سپس به روش تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه (One-Way Anova) به توصیف و تحلیل اطلاعات پرداخته است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهد که از میان 4 عامل شناسایی‌شده در تغییرات کالبدی حیاط، 2 عامل مربوط به تنوع و انعطاف‌پذیری و دیگری فضای باز، دارای ارتباط معنادار میان بناهای سنتی و معاصر است و بیشترین اثربخشی را در خانه‌های سنتی و بازسازی‌شده دارند. به‌عبارتی سلسله‌مراتبی در ساخت حیاط در مسکن روستایی وجود دارد که در مسکن جدید روستایی، تنوع‌پذیری و فضای باز نیز کمتر می‌شود. در این پژوهش فضای باز بخشی از حیاط است که ملزومات زندگی روستایی را در برمی‌گیرد و صرفاً فضاهای ساخته‌نشده را شامل نمی‌شود. همچنین نتایج بررسی تغییرات کارکردی نیز نشان می‌دهد، از میان 3 مؤلفه شناسایی‌شده، تنها عامل مربوط به کارکرد زیستی دارای ارتباط معناداری است و کارکرد فضاهایی چون: سرویس بهداشتی، انبار تجهیزات، آشپزخانه، پیش‌ورودی و تراس‌ها در حیاط خانه‌های قدیمی و بازسازی نقش موثرتری نسبت به حیاط مساکن معاصر دارند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Cultural, social, economic changes and coercion of government institutions in order to create a new way of life and improve the living conditions of the villagers, has created changes in rural housing, so that the yard, which is an integral part of the rural house and part of its area, undergoes fundamental changes. Has been in its body and function. The present study, considering the role of the yard in rural life and with the aim of achieving the factors affecting its physical and functional changes, studies rural areas of Garmsar city. The type of applied research and study method is descriptive-analytical. Data collection was done through field observations, impressions, documents and library resources. Villages were selected in a purposeful and non-random manner and the sample size was 5% of the statistical population and randomly. Data analysis was performed with SPSS software and Factor Analysis to classify the physical and functional factors of the yard. Then, one-way analysis of variance (One-Way Anova) describes and analyzes the information. The results show that among the 4 factors identified in the physical changes of the yard, 2 factors related to diversity and flexibility and the other pure yard, has a significant relationship between traditional and contemporary buildings and is most effective at home. Have traditional and renovated. In other words, there is a hierarchy in the construction of the yard in rural housing, which in the new rural housing, the diversity and connection with the interior space (net yard) in the rural house is also reduced. In this research, the open space is a part of the yard that includes the essentials of rural life and does not include only unbuilt spaces.The results of functional changes also show that among the three identified components, only the factor related to biological function has a significant relationship And the function of spaces such as: toilets, equipment warehouses, kitchens, entrances and terraces in the courtyards of old houses and reconstruction have a more effective role than the courtyards of contemporary homes.
