عنوان فارسی رنگ‌های مختلف صدا و کاربرد آن‌ها از دیدگاه سایکوآکوستیک: مطالعه مروری
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مطالعه بر روی صدا به عنوان یک عامل فیزیکی زیان آور در محیط کار همواره مورد توجه متخصصان بهداشت حرفه ای بوده است. لیکن، جنبه های روانی و سایکوآکوستیکی صدا کمتر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. از این رو، مطالعه حاضر به رنگ‌های مختلف صدا و کاربرد آن‌ها در حوزه سایکوآکوستیک پرداخته است. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مروری است که با جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Google Scholar، ProQuest، Science Direct،  PubMed و Scopus برای استخراج مقالات مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق در فاصله زمانی 50 ساله از سال 1970 تا 2020 انجام شد.   یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، به نظر می‌رسد صداهای رنگی و نیز صدای سفید، پتانسیل کاربرد بعنوان محرک های آکوستیکی در زمینه بهبود وضعیت خواب شاغلین به ویژه نوبت کاران، بهبود وضعیت حافظه، توجه و تمرکز به ویژه در مشاغل نیازمند به دقت و توجه بالا، بهبود عملکرد شناختی افراد در مشاغل مختلف، کاهش فعالیت سیستم اعصاب سمپاتیک و اضطراب و استرس به ویژه در مشاغل با استرس شغلی بالا، حفظ حریم خصوصی افراد بخصوص در ایستگاه های کاری در مجاورت یکدیگر، خاصیت پوشانندگی صدا و کاربرد در اهداف کنترل صوت و نیز درمان اختلالاتی چون بیماری تینیتوس، ADHD   و هایپراکوزیس و غیره را دارا می باشند. نتیجه گیری: توجه به رنگ‌های صدا و تأثیرات سایکوآکوستیکی آن نشان می‌دهد که اثرات صدا محدود به اثرات نامطلوب و مخرب آن نمی باشد. بلکه، جنبه های مثبت و کاربردی آن نیز می بایست مورد توجه قرار گیرد. آشنایی با چنین جنبه ها و معرفی آنها می تواند خلأهای اطلاعاتی موجود در این زمینه را شناسایی و راه را برای مرتفع کردن آنها هموار نماید.

عنوان انگلیسی Different Colors of Noise and Their Application in Psychoacoustics: A Review Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The study of noise has always been of interest to occupational health professionals as a harmful physical factor in the workplace. However, the psychological and psychoacoustic aspects of noise in the workplace have been less studied. This study has dealt with different colors of noise and their applications in psychoacoustics. Material and Methods: This review study was conducted by searching the databases of Google Scholar, ProQuest, Science Direct, PubMed, and Scopus to extract the articles related to the research subject within a 50-year interval from 1970 to 2020. Results: Based on the results of the present study, colored noises and white noise seem to have the potential to be used as acoustic stimuli to improve the sleep of employees, especially shift workers, to improve memory and attention, especially in jobs that require high care and attention. Colored noise and white noise have potential applications to improve cognitive function in different occupations to reduce the activity of the sympathetic nervous system and anxiety and stress, especially in jobs with high job stress. Also, these noises are helpful for people's privacy, especially in the open workplace, for noise masking and noise control purposes, as well as for medicine and treatment of disorders such as tinnitus, ADHD, and hyperacusis. Conclusion: Paying attention to the colors of noise and their psychoacoustic impacts shows us that the noise impacts are not limited to their undesirable and damaging effects. Instead, their positive and applied aspects should also note. Familiarity with such aspects and their introduction can identify the existing information gaps in this field and pave the way to fill them.
