عنوان فارسی تاثیر درمان با لیزر کم توان بر عوارض پس از جراحی افزایش طول تاج-یک کارآزمایی بالینی دوسوکور
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: ایجاد و استمرار زخم حاصل از جراحی میتواند عوارض گوناگونی ازجمله درد، تورم، التهاب، عفونت، اختلال عملکرد، تاخیر در پروسه درمانی و عدم زیبایی بهمراه داشته باشد. تاکنون جهت کاهش این عوارض روشهای گوناگونی پیشنهاد شده اند که یکی از آنها استفاده از لیزر کم توان است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر لیزر کم توان بر عوارضی مانند ادم، تغییر رنگ و درد پس از جراحی افزایش طول تاج انجام شد. روش بررسی: در این کارآزمایی بالینی split-mouth و دوسوکور 12 نفر از افراد نیازمند جراحی افزایش طول تاج در دو دندان پرمولر در دوسمت فک مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. بلافاصله پس از جراحی، و همچنین در روز اول و سوم پس از جراحی هر داوطلب بصورت تصادفی در یک سمت فک تابش لیزر دریافت کرد. در سمت دیگر علیرغم قرارگیری دستگاه در دهان تابشی انجام نشد. ادم بافتی و رنگ بافتی در روزهای اول، سوم و هفتم پس از جراحی بررسی شدند. ارزیابی شدت درد نیز 24، 48 و 72 ساعت پس از جراحی انجام شد. داده ها وارد نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 شدند و آزمون کندال جهت بررسی ادم بافتی و رنگ بافتی استفاده شد و آزمون فریدمن و من-ویتنی جهت بررسی شدت درد مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: بهبود ادم بافتی در گروه تابش یافته درمقایسه با گروه تابش نیافته طی هفته اول قابل ملاحظه بود اما بهبود رنگ بافتی تفاوت قابل ملاحظه ای دربین دو گروه نشان نمیداد. تفاوت شدت درد نیز 24، 48 و 72 ساعت پس از جراحی دربین گروه ها قابل ملاحظه نبود و بهبود شدت درد طی روزهای متوالی نیز در گروه تابش یافته معنادار نبود. نتیجه گیری: در مطالعه حاضر لیزر کم توان تاثیر قابل ملاحظه ای بر بهبود رنگ بافتی و کاهش درد پس از جراحی افزایش طول تاج در گروه مورد درمقایسه با گروه شاهد نشان نمیداد، اما در بهبود ادم بافتی پس از جراحی موثر بود.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of low-level laser therapy on complications after crown lengthening surgery-A double-blind clinical trial
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & aim: The formation and persistence of surgical wounds can cause a variety of complications, including pain, swelling, inflammation, re-infection, dysfunction, delay in the healing process and aesthetic problems. So far, various methods have been proposed to reduce these complications, one of which is the use of low-level lasers. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of low-level laser on complications such as edema, discoloration and pain after crown-lengthening surgery. Methods: In this double-blind split-mouth clinical trial, 12 people who needed to receive crown-lengthening surgery on two bilateral premolars were studied. Immediately after surgery, as well as on the first and third days after surgery, each volunteer randomly received laser radiation on one side of the jaw. Despite placing the tube in the mouth, no irradiation was performed on the other side. Tissue edema and tissue color were assessed on the first, third and seventh days after surgery. Pain intensity was measured 24, 48 and 72 hours after surgery. The data were entered into SPSS software version 22. Kendall's test was used to assess tissue edema and tissue color and Friedman and Mann-Whitney tests were used to assess pain intensity. Results: The improvement of tissue edema in the irradiated group was significant compared to the non-irradiated group during the first week, but the improvement of tissue color did not show a significant difference between the two groups. The difference in pain intensity between the groups at 24, 48 and 72 hours post- surgery was not statistically significant either, And the improvement of pain intensity during consecutive days was not significant in the irradiated group. Conclusion: In the present study, low-level laser had no significant effects on the improvement of tissue color and the reduction of postoperative pain after crown-lengthening surgery in the case group compared with the control group, But it was effective in improving tissue edema after surgery.
