عنوان فارسی آینده‌پژوهی استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین جهت تسهیل مدیریت اطلاعات در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی با رویکرد کنشگر-شبکه
چکیده فارسی مقاله  تعاملات پیچیده بین بازیگران صنایع، نیازمند یک بستر هوشمند، به منظور ساماندهی کارا و دقیق اطلاعات، می‌­باشد. فناوری بلاکچین، پتانسیل ایجاد تغییرات بنیادی در سازمان­‌ها را دارد. مسئله‌­ای که این تحقیق قصد دارد به آن بپردازد این است که با استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین چگونه می‌­توان پیچیدگی­‌های هماهنگیِ تعاملات سازمان تأمین اجتماعی، در راستای فرایند مدیریت اطلاعات­، تسهیل نمود؟ جوهره منطقی پژوهش نظریه کنشگر_شبکه و استراتژی عملی پژوهش، آینده‌­پژوهی است. داده­‌های پژوهش، بر مبنای روش تئوری زمینه­ای، گردآوری و تحلیل شد. نمونه‌­گیری مبتنی بر هدف، بین 36 نفر از خبرگان، تا اشباع نظری، استمرار یافت؛ سپس فرایند ساخت سناریو بر اساس روش ماتریس شبکه جهانی کسب­‌وکار، تا رسیدن به سناریوی ایده‌­آل ادامه یافت. پس از استخراج انواع سناریوهای سازمان پس از پیاده­سازی بلاکچین، به روش سناریونویسی، در سناریوی ایده­‌ال سازمان مشخص شد سازمان می­‌تواند به بهترین نحو این فناوری را در ارتباط با سایر بخش­‌های مرتبط با خدمات سازمان، پیاده سازی و از مزایای آن استفاده نماید. با حضور کنشگران شبکه و تشکیل بلاکچین مجاز، تمام سازمان‌­هایی که رویه­‌های کاری اشتراکی دارند، قادرند به اطلاعات لازم برای تسهیل رویه­‌های کاری خود، در حداقل زمان و با حداکثر سرعت، دست یابند. گردش اطلاعات در شبکه به این صورت، بسیار روان می­‌باشد و بسیاری از روال­‌های دست و پاگیر، عملا حذف  می­‌شوند.

عنوان انگلیسی study of the future of using blockchain technology to facilitate information management in the organization
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Complex interactions between industry actors require an intelligent platform in order to efficiently and accurately organize information. Blockchain technology has the potential to bring about fundamental changes in organizations. The issue that this research intends to address is how to use Blockchain technology to facilitate the complexity of interaction coordination in the Social Security Organization in line with the information validation process? The logical essence of this research is the actor-network theory and the practical strategy of the research is futures research. The required data were collected and analyzed based on grounded theory (GT). Objective sampling was employed to select 36 experts as the sample and until theoretical saturation, continued. Then, the scenario-building process continued until reaching the ideal scenario based on the global business network matrix method. After extracting all types of organization scenarios (after implementing Blockchain technology) by scriptwriting, in the ideal scenario this fact was determined that the organization can implement this technology in relation to other parts related to the services of the organization in best ways and use its benefits. with the help of network activists and acceptable Blockchain establishment, all organizations which have the communal approaches can reach the necessary information to facilitate their work approaches in minimum time and maximum fastness. Information circulation in this network would be very manageable and would practically remove many cumbersome routines.
