عنوان فارسی ارائه چارچوبی برای سنجش میزان بلوغ همراستایی عملیاتی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد)
چکیده فارسی مقاله اندازه­‌گیری میزان بلوغ هم‌راستایی عملیاتی یا به عبارت دیگر بلوغ هم‌راستایی فرآیندهای کسب­‌و­کار و سیستم­‌های اطلاعاتی به عنوان راهکاری برای ارزیابی میزان موفقیت پیاده­سازی هم‌راستایی عملیاتی حائز اهمیت بوده است. این در حالیست که پژوهش­‌های انجام شده در حوزه هم‌راستایی، عمدتاً به دنبال سنجش بلوغ هم‌راستایی در سطح استراتژیک بوده­‌اند. لذا، نتایج حاصل از این مطالعات با توجه به تفاوت­‌های هم‌راستایی استراتژیک و عملیاتی، کارآیی چندانی برای سنجش بلوغ همراستایی در سطح عملیاتی نداشته­‌اند. از این‌رو، پژوهش حاضر چارچوبی برای سنجش میزان بلوغ هم‌راستایی عملیاتی ارائه داده است. بدین منظور، پس از تعیین ابعاد ده­‌گانه هم‌راستایی عملیاتی و تأیید آن­ها به کمک تحلیل عاملی تأییدی از شبکه­‌های عصبی برای بررسی میزان اهمیت هر یک از این ابعاد استفاده شده است. در ادامه، بر اساس موقعیت هر یک از این ابعاد در ماتریس تحلیل اهمیت- عملکرد و بررسی میزان شکاف میان وضعیت موجود و مطلوب هر یک از آن­ها از طریق آزمون مقایسۀ میانگین زوجی، سطح بلوغ هم‌راستایی عملیاتی برای هر یک از ابعاد مشخص شده است. مطابق با نتایج پژوهش، هم‌راستایی فرآیندهای غیربنیادین تجاری با سیستم‌­های اطلاعات مدیریت در سطح بهینه شده، هم‌راستایی فرآیندهای بنیادین تجاری با سیستم‌­های اطلاعاتی مدیریت در سطح بهبود­یافته و مدیریت شده و هم‌راستایی فرآیندهای مدیریتی با سیستم­‌های اطلاعاتی دانش­‌محور، هم‌راستایی فرآیندهای بنیادین تجاری با سیستم­های اطلاعاتی استراتژیک و همراستایی فرآیندهای غیربنیادین تجاری با سیستم­‌های اطلاعاتی دانش­محور در سطح استقرار و تمرکز مشخص شده­اند. همچنین، هم‌راستایی فرآیندهای مدیریتی با سیستم‌­های اطلاعاتی استراتژیک، همراستایی فرآیندهای بنیادین تجاری با سیستم­‌های اطلاعاتی دانش‌­محور و هم‌راستایی فرآیندهای بنیادین تجاری با سیستم­‌های اطلاعاتی عملیاتی در سطح تعهد و هم‌راستایی فرآیندهای پشتیبانی با سیستم‌­های اطلاعاتی عملیاتی و هم‌راستایی فرآیندهای پشتیبانی با سیستم‌­های اطلاعاتی دانش‌­محور در سطح ابتدایی و تک­‌نگری تعیین شده­اند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Measuring operational alignment maturity, or in other words, business processes- information systems alignment maturity, has been important as a way to evaluate the success of operational alignment implementation. However, studies on alignment have been mainly focused on measuring strategic alignment maturity. Therefore, given the differences between strategic alignment and operational alignment, the results of these studies have not been very effective in measuring operational alignment maturity. That is why the present study aimed to provide a framework for measuring operational alignment maturity. To that end, ten dimensions of operational alignment were determined and then, confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Next, neural networks was used to assess the importance of each of these dimensions. Then, based on the position of each of these dimensions in the importance-performance analysis matrix and after examining the gap between the current and desired status of each dimension using the pairwise mean comparison test, the level of operational alignment maturity for each dimension was determined. As the results indicated, alignment of non-core business processes with management information systems (D7) at optimized level, alignment of core business processes with management information system (D4) at improved and managed levels, as well as alignment of management processes with knowledge-based information systems (D2), alignment of core business processes with strategic information systems (D3) and alignment of non-core business processes with knowledge-based information systems (D8), all three at establised and focused levels, were identified. Moreover, the alignment of management processes with strategic information systems (D1), the alignment of core business processes with knowledge-based information systems (D5), the alignment of core business processes with operational information systems (D6), all three at commited level, as well as alignment of support processes with operational information systems (D9) and alignment of support processes with knowledge-based information systems (D10), both at initial and ad hoc levels, were determined.
