عنوان فارسی تأثیر کاربرد برگی سدیم نیتروپروساید بر برخی ویژگی‌های مورفوفیزیولوژیک آلسترومریا (Alstroemeria aurea) رقم Orange Queen در شرایط کشت هیدروپونیک
چکیده فارسی مقاله به­منظور ارزیابی کاربرد برگی سدیم نیتروپروساید بر برخی ویژگی‌های مورفولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی آلسترومریا رقم Orange Queen، پژوهشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط کشت هیدروپونیک در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه ارومیه انجام گرفت. سدیم نیتروپروساید در غلظت‌های صفر، 50، 100 و 200 میکرومولار به­صورت محلول‌پاشی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. شاخص‌هایی از قبیل وزن تر و خشک گلچه و ساقه گلدهنده، قطر غنچه و ساقه گلدهنده، طول غنچه و میزان رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی (کلروفیل a، b و کل)، شاخص کلروفیل، میزان کاروتنوئید، قند محلول در گلبرگ و آنتوسیانین برگ و گلبرگ اندازه‌گیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد سدیم نیتروپروساید در غلظت‌های 100 و 200 میکرومولار، منجر به افزایش شاخص‌های مورفولوژیک از جمله وزن تر و خشک گلچه (افزایش 75 درصدی در مقایسه با شاهد) و ساقه گلدهنده، قطر و طول غنچه و افزایش میزان رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی مانند کلروفیل a، b و کل (افزایش 33 درصدی) نسبت به شاهد شد. همچنین سدیم نیتروپروساید میزان قند محلول در گلبرگ (افزایش 38 درصدی در مقایسه با شاهد و سایر تیمارها) و همچنین میزان آنتوسیانین برگ و گلبرگ را نسبت به شاهد افزایش داد. در این پژوهش، از بین غلظت‌های مختلف سدیم نیتروپروساید، غلظت‌های 100 و 200 میکرومولار مؤثرتر عمل کردند. به­طور­کلی نتایج حاصل نشان داد که کاربرد سدیم نیتروپروساید می‌تواند به­دلیل نقش مهمی که در تقسیم سلولی، توسعه و رشد و نمو دارد در بهبود برخی خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی در آلسترومریا تأثیر چشمگیری داشته باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of foliar application of sodium nitroprusside on some morphophysiological characteristics of Alstroemeria aurea ‘Orange Queen’ under hydroponic conditions
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In order to evaluate the foliar application of sodium nitroprusside on some morphological and biochemical properties of Alstroemeria cultivar Orange Queen, a research was conducted in a completely randomized design with 3 replications under hydroponic cultivation in the research greenhouse of Urmia University. Sodium nitroprusside was sprayed at concentrations of 0, 50, 100 and 200 μM. At the end of the study, indicators such as fresh and dry weight of florets and flowering stems, diameter of buds and flowering stems, bud length and some biochemical parameters including photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a, b and total), chlorophyll index, carotenoid content, soluble sugars and anthocyanin of leaves and petals were measured. The results showed that the application of sodium nitroprusside at concentrations of 100 and 200 μM, led to an increase in morphological parameters including fresh and dry weight of florets (75% increase compared to the control) as well as flowering stem, bud diameter and length and increasing of photosynthetic pigments such as chlorophyll a, b and total (33% increasing compared to the control. Also, sodium nitroprusside increased the amount of soluble sugar in the petals (38% increasing compared to the control and other treatments) and also the amount of leaf and petal anthocyanin compared to the control. In this study, 100 and 200 were more effective compare to the other treats. In general, the results showed that the application of sodium nitroprusside could have a significant effect on improving some biochemical properties in Alstroemeria due to its important role in cell division, development and growth.
