عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان آگاهی پرستاران از آخرین دستورالعمل‌های احیاء قلبی-ریوی در بیمارستان علی‌ابن‌ابیطالب (ع) رفسنجان در سال ۱۳۹۸: یک مطالعه توصیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: احیاء قلبی-ریوی (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) روشی مداخله­ای در به تأخیر انداختن مرگ یا پیش‌گیری از مرگ در افراد دچار ایست قلبی-ریوی است. با توجه به این­که پرستاران معمولاً اولین افرادی هستند که با چنین موردی مواجهه می‌شوند، لذا هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین میزان آگاهی پرستاران از آخرین دستورالعمل­های احیاء قلبی-ریوی در بیمارستان علی‌ابن‌ابی‌طالب(ع) رفسنجان می­باشد. مواد و روش­ ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، میزان آگاهی 279 نفر از پرستاران از دستورالعمل­های احیاء قلبی-ریوی در بیمارستان علی‌ابن‌ابی‌طالب (ع) رفسنجان در سال 1398 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. افراد به صورت سرشماری انتخاب شدند. سطح آگاهی پرستاران با استفاده از پرسش­نامه­­ای برگرفته از آخرین دستورالعمل­های احیاء قلبی-ریوی بر اساس گایدلاین ­های انجمن قلب آمریکا اندازه ­گیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها با استفاده از آزمون­ های t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک­طرفه، مجذور کای و دقیق فیشر انجام شد. یافته ­ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار سن افراد شرکت­ کننده در این مطالعه 01/7 ± 59/34 سال بود که 182 نفر (2/65 درصد) زن و بقیه مرد بودند. نمره آگاهی افراد 57/5 ± 84/71 (بیشترین نمره 06/84 و کمترین 17/52) برآورد گردید که 9 نفر (2/3 درصد) سطح آگاهی ضعیف، 255 نفر (4/91 درصد) خوب و 15 نفر (4/5 درصد) دارای سطح آگاهی عالی بودند. سطح آگاهی پرستارانی که سابقه گذراندن دوره احیاء قلبی-ریوی را داشتند نسبت به سایرین معنادار نبود (544/0=P). نتیجه­گیری: سطح آگاهی اکثر پرستاران در مورد احیاء قلبی-ریوی خوب می­باشد و پیشنهاد می­ شود جهت افزایش سطح آگاهی پرستاران، آموزش عملی، انجام تمرینات و ارزیابی ­های دوره ­ای در حیطه احیاء قلبی-ریوی برای پرستاران در نظر گرفته شود. واژه­ های کلیدی: احیاء قلبی-ریوی، پرستاران، آگاهی، ایست قلبی-ریوی، رفسنجان

عنوان انگلیسی Assessment of Nurses' Awareness of the Latest Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Instructions in Ali Ibn Abitalib Hospital in Rafsanjan in 2019: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an immediate action to delay or prevent death with cardiopulmonary arrest. Since nurses are usually the first to face this situation, the current study examines the nurses' awareness of the latest CPR protocol at the Ali Ibn Abitalib Hospital in Rafsanjan. Material and Methods: In this descriptive study conducted in the Ali Ibn Abitalib Hospital in Rafsanjan in 2019, 279 nurses were chosen by census method, and their level of awareness was assessed using a questionnaire based on the latest CPR instructions and the American Heart Association guidelines. Data analysis was accomplished by independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Chi-square and Fisher's exact tests. Results: The average age of the participants in this study was about 34.59±7.01, out of which 182 (65.23%) were women. The average awareness score was estimated to be 71.84±5.57 (the highest score was 84.06 and the lowest score 52.17). Nine participants (3.22%), 255 participants (91.4%), and 15 participants (5.38%) had a weak, good, and excellent awareness, respectively. Meanwhile, the correlation between nurse's awareness and CPR courses was not significant (p=0.544).  Conclusion: Most of the nurses had a good level of awareness of CPR, and practical training, exercises, and course evaluations in the field of CPR are recommended to increase the level of awareness of CPR.
