عنوان فارسی بررسی موارد شکایات از متخصصین رادیولوژی و کادر درمانی ارجاع شده به پزشکی قانونی استان فارس طی سال‌های ۱۳۸۰ تا ۱۳۹۹: یک گزارش کوتاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: قصور پزشکی به عنوان سهل­ انگاری حرفه­ای ممکن است باعث صدمه یا مرگ بیمار شود. هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین موارد شکایت از متخصصین رادیولوژی و کادر درمانی ارجاع شده به پزشکی قانونی استان فارس می­باشد. مواد و روش ­ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، به صورت گذشته­ نگر کلیه پرونده ­های شکایت از قصور پزشکی رشته تخصصی رادیولوژی از سال 1380 الی 1399 که در اداره کل پزشکی قانونی استان فارس مطرح گردیده­اند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از آمار توصیفی جهت گزارش یافته­ها استفاده شد. یافته­ ها: در مطالعه حاضر تعداد 64 مورد شکایت صورت گرفت. بر اساس نتیجه کمیسیون نیز تعداد 38 پرونده (37/59 درصد) از موارد شکایت تبرئه و تعداد 22 مورد (37/34 درصد) نیز محکوم گردیدند. از نظر نوع قصور، تعداد 10 مورد (62/15 درصد) عدم رعایت نظامات دولتی بوده و در 9 مورد (06/14 درصد) نیز قصور مرکب رخ داده ­بود. نتیجه­ گیری: در مطالعه حاضر، فراوان ­ترین نوع قصور، عدم رعایت نظامات دولتی و نیز قصور مرکب بود. واژه­ های کلیدی: قصور پزشکی، رادیولوژی، پزشکی قانونی، استان فارس

عنوان انگلیسی Review of the Trend of Complaint Files Against Radiology Specialists and Involved Medical Staff Referred to the Forensic Medicine of Fars Province During the Years 2001 to 2020: A Short Report
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Medical malpractice as professional negligence may cause injury or death of the patient. The purpose of this study was to investigate the cases of complaints against radiology specialists and medical staff referred to Fars Province General Administration of Forensic Medicine. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, all cases of medical malpractice complaints in the specialized field of radiology from 2001 to 2020 referred to Fars Province General Administration of Forensic Medicine were investigated. Descriptive statistics were used to report the findings. Results: In the present study, there were 64 complaints. According to the results of the commission, 38 cases (59.37%) were acquitted, and 22 cases (34.37%) were convicted. In terms of type of malpractice, 10 cases (15.62%) were non-observance of government rules followed by compound malpractice occurred in 9 cases (14.06%). Conclusion: In the present study, the most frequent types of malpractice were failure to comply with government systems and compound malpractice.
