عنوان فارسی بررسی تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر بروشور بر میزان رعایت اصول ارگونومیک توسط تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: شیوع بالای اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی و کنترل  آن ها در بین نیروی کار یکی از مهم ترین دغدغه های متخصصین ارگونومی در جهان است، از طرفی نیز بسیاری از کشورها، پیشگیری از این اختلالات را به عنوان یکی از اولویت های ملی خویش  در نظر گرفته اند. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش به  روش بروشور بر میزان رعایت اصول ارگونومیک توسط تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران1397-1396 انجام شد. مواد و روش­ها: این مطالعه به روش نیمه آزمایشی با گروه­ آزمایشی(روش آموزشی بروشور) و گروه کنترل با اجرای پیش آزمون- پس آزمون انجام شد. تعداد 66 نفر از تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و به شیوه تصادفی در گروهها شمارش شدند. جمع آوری داده ها توسط چک لیست  REBA انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از  آزمون­های ناپارامتریک کروسکال والیس و من ویتنی و با به بکارگیری SPSS V.20 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.  یافته‌ها: یافته ها حاکی از تاثیر مثبت روش آموزش بروشور بر میزان رعایت اصول ارگونومیک بوده و همچنین مقایسه بین دو گروه کنترل و بروشور نشان داد از لحاظ آماری، تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد(0.001 P=). نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه اخیر نشان دهنده ی اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر بروشور بر رعایت اصول ارگونومی می باشد، لذا استفاده از این روش به جای روش های متداول، برای پیشگیری از عوارض ناشی از اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی پیشنهاد می گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Effect of Brochure-Based Education on The Obedience of Ergonomic Principles by Operating Room Technologists
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: The high prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and their control among the workforce is one of the most important concerns of ergonomics experts in the world. On the other hand, many countries consider the prevention of these disorders as one of their national priorities. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the effect of brochure-based education on the obedience of ergonomic principles by operating room technologists in Iran University of Medical Sciences from 2017-2018. Materials and Methods: This study was a quasi-experimental study with an experimental group (brochure-based education) and a control group with a pre-test post-test design. A total of 66 operating room technologists of the Iran University of Medical Sciences were selected by simple random sampling method and randomly assigned to the groups. Data collected by Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) checklist. Data analyzed by non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests and SPSS V.20.  Results: The results showed a positive effect of the brochure-based education method on the obedience of ergonomic principles and a comparison between the two groups of control and brochure showed that a statistically significant difference between them (P = 0.001). Conclusion: A recent study shows the effectiveness of brochure-based education on the obedience of ergonomics principles, so the use of this method instead of conventional methods is recommended to prevent complications from musculoskeletal disorders.
