عنوان فارسی مدلسازی پیشران های مهارتی هوشمندی رقابتی دانشگاه با رویکرد ترکیبی DISM
چکیده فارسی مقاله هوشمندی رقابتی ابزاری کلیدی برای ایجاد تمایز و موفقیت در عرصه رقابت دانشگاهی کشور است. این مطالعه با هدف مدلسازی پیشران های مهارتی هوشمندی رقابتی دانشگاه انجام شده است. مطالعه حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی است که به شیوه پیمایش مقطعی انجام شد. 23 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه‌های صنعتی تهران در این مطالعه مشارکت کردند. برای طراحی مدل از روش ترکیبی دیمتل و مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری استفاده شد. براساس نتایج این تحلیل مدیریت و رهبری هوشمند بر تعاملات و ارتباطات دانشگاه تاثیر دارد. این تعاملات نیز بر فرایندها، ساختار و قوانین دانشگاه اثر می‌گذارند. فرایندهای دانشگاهی نیز به‌نوبه‌ خود بر فرهنگ سازمانی، سرمایه انسانی و برندسازی دانشگاه اثر می‌گذارند و در نهایت نیز به برنامه‌های آموزشی، سیستم‌ها و زیرساخت‌ها منجر می‌شوند. همچنین براساس نمودار قدرت نفوذ-وابستگی مشخص گردید، متغیر مدیریت و رهبری هوشمند‌ قدرت نفوذ بالایی داشته و تاثیرپذیری کمی دارند و در ناحیه متغیرهای مستقل قرار گرفته است. متغیرهای برنامه‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی‌ و سیستم‌ها و زیرساخت‌ها‌ نیز از وابستگی بالا اما نفوذ اندکی برخوردار هستند، بنابراین متغیرهای وابسته محسوب می‌شوند. متغیرهای برنامه‌ریزی توسعه مستمر و برندسازی دانشگاه‌، سرمایه انسانی‌، فرایندها، ساختار و قوانین دانشگاه و تعاملات و ارتباطات دانشگاه‌ قدرت نفوذ و میزان وابستگی مشابهی دارند بنابراین متغیرهای پیوندی هستند. هیچ متغیری نیز در ربع اول یعنی ناحیه خودمختار قرار نگرفته است.

عنوان انگلیسی Modeling the skill drivers of competitive intelligence of the university with the combined approach of DISM
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Competitive intelligence is a key tool to create distinction and success in the country's academic competition. This study aims to model the antecedents and consequences of university competitive intelligence. The current study is a descriptive research in terms of the practical-developmental purpose and the method of data collection. 23 professors of Tehran University of Technology participated in this study. For the design of the model, the combined method of Dimetal and structural-interpretive modeling was used. Based on the results of this analysis, intelligent management and leadership has an effect on university interactions and communications. These interactions also affect the processes, structure and rules of the university. University processes, in turn, affect the organizational culture, human capital, and branding of the university, and ultimately lead to educational programs, systems, and infrastructure. Also, based on the power of influence-dependence diagram, it was determined that the variable of intelligent management and leadership has a high power of influence and has little influence and is placed in the area of ​​independent variables. The variables of educational and research programs and systems and infrastructure also have high dependence but little influence, so they are considered dependent variables. The variables of continuous development planning and branding of the university, human capital, processes, structure and rules of the university and interactions and communication of the university have the same power of influence and degree of dependence, so they are linked variables. No variable has been placed in the first quadrant, which is the autonomous region.
