عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش بیومکانیک اندام تحتانی در سندرم‎ ‎درد‎ ‎کشککی-رانی:‌‎ ‎مرور‎ ‎روایتی مقالات ۲۰۲۰-۲۰۱۰‌
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: اختلال در بیومکانیک و کینماتیک اندام تحتانی یکی از دلایل ایجاد کننده سندرم درد کشککی-رانی زانو می ‌‌باشد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی بیومکانیک اندام تحتانی در سندرم درد کشککی-رانی: مرور روایتی مقالات 2020-2010 بود. روش‌ بررسی: مقاله حاضر از نوع مروری روایتی بوده با یک جست‌و‌جوی سیستماتیک جامع الکترونیک در پایگاه‌ های اطلاعاتی (Google Scholar, Magiran PubMed, Springer, Taylor & Francis, ISC) مقالات مرتبط از سال 2010 تا 2020 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. کلید واژه‌ های جست‌و‌جو شامل: Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome" and‌ Biomechanics of Lower Extremity " بود. یافته­‌ ها: پس از بررسی 293 مقاله، تعداد 36 مقاله براساس معیارهای ورود مرتبط در زمینه بیومکانیک اندام تحتانی پیدا شد. پس از بررسی کیفیت مقالات، 15 مقاله که بیومکانیک اندام تحتانی را در مبتلایان به درد کشککی-رانی بررسی کرده بودند، انتخاب و نقش آن ‌ها بر مبتلایان به درد کشککی-رانی سنجیده شد. نتیجه ‌گیری: بیومکانیک اندام تحتانی در بیماران مبتلا به سندرم درد کشککی-رانی دچار اختلال شده و تمرینات انجام شده بر این افراد بایستی موجب تغییراتی در بیومکانیک اندام تحتانی و در نهایت راستای قرارگیری مفاصل باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Examine Biomechanics of the Lower Extremities in Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome: A ‎Narrative Review of Articles 2020-2010‎
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Purpose: Disorders in the lower extremities biomechanics and kinematics are one of the causes of patellofemoral pain syndrome. The aim of this study was to investigate the lower extremities biomechanics of the in patellofemoral pain syndrome: a narrative review of the articles 2020-2010. Methods: This article is a narrative review with a comprehensive systematic electronic search in databases (Google Scholar, Magiran PubMed, Springer, Taylor & Francis, ISC) related articles from 2010 to 2020. Search keywords included: Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome "& Lower Extremity Biomechanics ". Results: After reviewing 293 articles, 36 articles were found based on the relevant inclusion criteria in the field of lower limb biomechanics. After reviewing the quality of this articles, 15 articles that examined the lower extremities biomechanics in patients with patellofemoral pain were selected and their role was evaluated in patients with patellofemoral pain. Conclusion: The lower extremities biomechanics in patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome are impaired and the exercises performed on these individuals should cause changes in the lower extremities biomechanics of the alignment of the joints.
