عنوان فارسی عفونت لیستریوز در زنان باردار و اثرات آن در بارداری و نوزادان :مروری بر مطالعات انجام شده
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: لیستریوز، بیماری است که در زنان باردار ممکن است علائم غیراختصاصی ایجاد نماید و اگر عفونت به‌موقع تشخیص داده نشود، جنین و نوزادان می‌توانند در معرض خطر قرار بگیرند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناخت دقیق لیستریوز از جمله یافته‌های بالینی، تشخیص آزمایشگاهی، نوع درمان در مادران باردار و نوزادان انجام شد تا به افزایش آگاهی در سیستم‌های مراقبت بهداشتی و درمانی و کاهش میزان سقط و مرده‌زایی در جامعه کمک نماید. روش‌کار: در این مطالعه جهت یافتن مقالات مشابه، پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی علمی مانند PubMed، Scopus، Google Scholar و ISI با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی Health Care System، Newborn،Pregnant Women و Listeriosis جستجو شدند. مقالات انگلیسی و فارسی با موضوع عفونت لیستریوز در زنان باردار و نوزادان تا سال 2021 جستجو شدند. سپس بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج مطالعه، مقالات انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها: بر اساس مطالعات انجام شده، اثرات لیستریوز بر زنان باردار شامل: تب، علائم شبه آنفلوانزا، اختلالات گوارشی، ادراری تناسلی و اثرات لیستریوز بر روی جنین به‌ترتیب به‌صورت سقط، مرده‌زایی و تولد نوزادان نارس، عفونت تنفسی و مننژیت بود. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق، لیستریوز عوارض شدیدی بر روی جنین و نوزادان دارد، لذا آگاهی در مورد علائم و عوارض آن در بارداری حائز اهمیت بوده و می‌تواند قدم مهمی در راستای افزایش سطح بهداشت باروری و پیشگیری از سقط، مرده‌زایی و بیماری نوزادان در جامعه محسوب شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Listeriosis infection in pregnant women and its effects on pregnancy and infants; (Review of studies)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Listeriosis is an infection if not be diagnosed in time, fetuses and newborns can be affected. So the aim of this study was to identify the features of listeriosis accurately, including clinical findings, laboratory diagnosis, and type of treatment in pregnant women and infants, in order to increase the awareness of health care system to help reduction of abortions and stillbirth’s rates in the community. Methods: Searching was started using scientific databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, ISI and using the keywords Listeriosis, Pregnant Women, Newborn, Health Care System. English and Persian articles on listeriosis infection in pregnant women and infants by 2021 were searched. Then, based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the articles were selected. Results: According to this study most common effects of listeriosis on pregnant women were included: fever, flu-like symptoms, gastrointestinal and urinary disorders respectively. In addition, the effects of listeriosis on fetus were abortion, stillbirth, and in newborns, premature birth, respiratory infection and meningitis were most important effects. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, listeriosis has severe effects on fetuses and infants, so knowledge about its symptoms and complications in pregnancy is important and can be an important step towards increasing reproductive health indexes and preventing abortion, stillbirth and Infant disease in the community.
