عنوان فارسی بازنگری و اصلاح دوره آموزشی پره کلینیک اندودانتیکس دانشکده دندانپزشکی مشهد در دوران پاندمی کووید-۱۹
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در دوران پاندمی کرونا مهمترین استراتژی برای جلوگیری از ابتلا به این بیماری، حفظ فاصله اجتماعی است. در روش های سنتی آموزش دندانپزشکی، تماس نزدیک بین استاد و دانشجوها غیر قابل اجتناب است. بنابراین باید از روش های جدیدتری استفاده نمود که در عین تداوم آموزش، از تماس های غیر ضروری جلوگیری شود. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی روش آموزشی با بهره گیری از کلاس های آنلاین و فیلم های آموزشی در پره کلینیک اندودانتیکس از دیدگاه اساتید گروه اندودانتیکس و دانشجویان‌ بود. مواد و روش ها: آموزش درس مبانی عملی اندودانتیکس برای 67 دانشجوی دوره دکترای عمومی (31 دانشجو در واحد مبانی یک و 36 دانشجو در واحد مبانی دو) به این روش انجام شد. به این ترتیب که در هر جلسه ابتدا فیلم آموزشی تهیه شده که حاوی توضیحات بود، نمایش داده‌ می‌شد، حین و پس از تماشای فیلم‌های آموزشی نکات اصلی توسط استاد بیان شده، سپس به سوالات دانشجویان قبل از شروع کار عملی پاسخ داده‌ می‌شد. دانشجویان مبانی 2 در ترم گذشته درس مبانی 1 خود را به روش سنتی گذرانده بودند، بنابراین امکان مقایسه روش سنتی و روش جدید آموزشی وجود داشت. یافته ها: تعداد 67 دانشجو و 12 عضو هیات علمی پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. میزان توافق بین سه گروه (دانشجویان مبانی 1، دانشجویان مبانی 2 و اساتید) در مورد 6 سوال از 7 سوال مشترک از نظر آماری تفاوت معنادار داشت (p<.05). به طور کلی دانشجویان مبانی 2 و اساتید امتیاز بالاتری به این سوالات داده بودند. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، دستاوردهای این روش آموزشی عبارت بودند از رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان از رعایت مناسب نکات کنترل عفونت در زمان پاندمی و موثر بودن این روش تدریس. بر اساس نظر اساتید، این روش در یادگیری دانشجویان اثر مثبت داشته و خطاهای حین کار دانشجویان کاهش پیدا کرده بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Renovation of the Preclinical Endodontics Course during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Mashhad Dental School
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The most effective strategy to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 is social distancing. Close contact between professor and student is inevitable in traditional methods of dental education. Therefore, newer methods should be used to avoid unnecessary contacts while continuing the training. The present study aimed to evaluate the educational method using online classes and videos on preclinical endodontics from the perspective of professors and undergraduate students. Materials and Methods: The Practical Principles of Endodontics course was taught to 67 undergraduate students on two levels P1 and P2 (31 students in P1 and 36 students in P2). In each session, students watched a professionally produced demo video with a verbal explanation. The main points were stated by the instructor during and after watching the videos. Then the students' questions were answered before the practice. The students of P2 had passed their P1 course in the traditional method in the previous semester; therefore, comparing traditional and new teaching methods was possible. Results: A total of 67 students and 12 professors completed the questionnaire. The degree of agreement in three groups (students of P1, students of P2, and professors) was statistically different in 6 of 7 similar questions (P< 0.05). In general, students of P2 and professors gave higher scores to these questions. Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, the achievements of this educational method included students' satisfaction with the proper observance of infection control protocols during the pandemic and the effectiveness of this teaching method. According to the professors, this method positively affects the performance of the students and reduces their iatrogenic errors.
