عنوان فارسی کی و چگونه دیگر نمی توانیم آن را تحمل کنیم؟ ترکیب موضوعی مطالعات کیفی جهانی در مورد تجربیات روانشناختی کارکنان مراقبت های بهداشتی در طول همه گیری COVID-۱۹
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف استفاده از روش سنتز موضوعی برای بررسی تحقیقات کیفی در مورد تجربیات روان‌شناختی کارکنان بهداشت و درمان در طول همه‌گیری COVID-19 انجام شد. روش‌ کار: از 218 مقاله انگلیسی که در پایگاه‌های PsycINFO، Web of Science، Medline و Google Scholar از سال 2019 تا 2021 یافت می‌شوند، 22 مقاله دارای معیارهای ورود بودند. فرآیند سنتز موضوعی بر اساس روش تحلیل توماس و هاردن در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، سازماندهی کدها به دسته های رایج و در نهایت ایجاد مضامین اصلی انجام شد. یافته ها: پس از تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج، پنج موضوع اصلی شامل خستگی شفقت، عوامل مؤثر بر خستگی شفقت، رضایت از شفقت، عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت از شفقت و توصیه های راهبردی استخراج شد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها، می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که کارکنان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی در طول همه‌گیری کووید-19، هم خستگی شفقت و هم رضایت از شفقت را تجربه کردند. خستگی و رضایت از شفقت می تواند بر وضعیت روانی کارکنان مراقبت های بهداشتی و همچنین کیفیت مراقبتی که ارائه می کنند تأثیر بگذارد. عوامل زیربنایی هر دو مفهوم مورد بحث قرار گرفته و توصیه هایی ارائه شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی When and how we cannot bear it anymore? A thematic synthesis of global qualitative studies about psychological experiences of the healthcare staff during the COVID-19 pandemic
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: This study aimed to use the thematic synthesis method to review qualitative research about the psychological experiences of healthcare staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. Materials and Methods: Out of 218 English articles that are found in PsycINFO, Web of Science, Medline, and Google Scholar databases from 2019 to 2021, 22 articles met the inclusion criteria. The process of thematic synthesis was performed based on Thomas and Harden's analysis method in three stages open coding, organizing codes into common categories, and finally creating the main themes. Results: After analyzing the results, five main themes were extracted including compassion fatigue, factors affecting compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction, factors affecting compassion satisfaction, and strategic recommendations. Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be concluded that the healthcare staff experienced both compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic. Compassion fatigue and satisfaction can affect the psychological state of the healthcare staff as well as the quality of care they provide. The underlying factors of both concepts are discussed and some recommendations are provided.
