چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The aim of this paper is to present dual optimality conditions for the difference of two non-negative valued affine increasing and radiant (IR) functions. We first give a characterization of dual optimality conditions for the difference of two non-negative valued increasing and radiant (IR) functions. Our approach is based on the Toland-Singer formula.
