عنوان فارسی ادراک تجربه حبس در میان زنان مجرم
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی توصیفی و با تکنیک مصاحبه عمیق، به انعکاس تجربۀ زیستۀ 25 نفر از زنانی پرداخته است که تجربۀ گذراندن حبس در یکی از زندان‌های زنان را داشته‌اند. بر این اساس، نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع است. سؤالات اصلی پژوهش در ارتباط با ادراک تجربۀ فرایندهای دوران حبس از نگاه زنان زندانی و ملاحظات جنسیتی بر اساس تجربیات زیستۀ این افراد بوده است. این یافته‌های کیفی با پشتوانۀ رویکردهای فایده‌گرایی، جرم‌شناسی فمینیستی و پاسخ به نیازهای جنسیتی زنان تحلیل شده است. ادراک تجربۀ مشارکت‌کنندگان در حوزه‌های پاسخ به جلوگیری از انفصال زندانی با خانواده در بخش نزدیکی به محل سکونت، تسهیل سازگاری زندانیان در بخش قرنطینه، تحکیم پیوند با خانواده در بخش تعاملات، حفاظت از زندانیان بدون سابقه و مادران زندانی در بخش طبقه‌بندی زندانیان، توجه به وضعیت جسمانی و روحی زنان در بخش خدمات، آگاهی‌بخشی و عزتِ‌نفس در حوزۀ برنامه‌های زندان تفسیر کرده‌اند. یافته‌های پژوهش، تجربۀ زیستۀ زنان از ملاحظات جنسیتی را شامل حفظ و بازسازی پیوندهای خانوادگی، حفظ و بازسازی زنانگی در زندان، توجه به توانمندسازی جنسیت‌محور و سرگرمی و اوقات فراغت زنانه بیان می‌کند که بر اثر پرتکرارترین مقوله‌ها و در جهت پاسخگویی به نیازهای جنسیتی زنان تفسیر شده است.

The findings of the study express the lived experience of women from gender considerations, including maintaining and rebuilding family ties, maintaining and rebuilding femininity in prison, paying attention to gender-based empowerment and women's entertainment and leisure, which are due to the most frequent categories and in order to respond to Women's gender needs have been interpreted.
