عنوان فارسی برنامه‌ریزی فضاهای شهری برای تأمین نیازهای معلولان و جانبازان نمونه پژوهش: منطقه دو شهری کرمان
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده:یکی از مهمترین مشکلات فضاهای شهری کشور، نامناسب بودن فضاهای آنها در ارتباط با اشخاص معلول می باشد. از این‌ رو هدف این پژوهش، برنامه ریزی فضاهای شهری جهت تامین نیازهای معلولین و جانبازان در منطقه دو شهری کرمان می‌باشد. در فضاهای شهری کرمان نیز همانند بسیاری از شهرهای کشور مشکلاتی وجود دارد که مانع از حضور و عبور معلولین این فضاها می‌شود. روش انجام این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده که اطلاعات آن از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و از طریق مشاهده وضع موجود در محدوده موردمطالعه و تکمیل پرسشنامه صورت گرفته است و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار آماری SPSS و مدل‌های SWOT و‌ AHP بهره برده شده است. از نرم افزار GIS در تهیه و تولید نقشه ها استفاده شده نتایج حاصل از مدل AHP نشان می‌دهد که معیار مدیریتی با وزن نسبی 441/0 در رتبه اول و بیشترین تاثیر را در برنامه‌ریزی و مناسب‌سازی فضاهای شهری جهت تامین نیازهای معلولین دارد و نتایج حاصل از آزمون T تک نمونه‌ای نشان می‌دهد که محور پیاده جمهوری و پارک مادر شهر کرمان وضعیتی قابل قبولی ندارند و مجتمع تجاری پزشکی شفا وضعیتی قابل قبولی در رابطه با حضور معلولین دارد و همچنین در شاخص‌های کالبدی، مدیریتی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی وضعیت قابل قبولی دیده نمی‌شود و نتایج حاصل از مدل SWOT نشان می‌دهد که بادر نظر گرفتن ماتریس داخلی و خارجی جایگاه وضعیت برنامه‌ریزی در محدوده شماره IV قرار می‌گیرد. بنابراین راهبرد برنامه‌ریزی راهبرد تدافعی است و ضرورت دارد اقدام مؤثری در مناسب‌سازی فضاهای شهری برای جانبازان و معلولین صورت گیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی Planning Urban Areas to Meet the Needs of the Disabled and Veterans (Case Study: District 2 of Kerman City)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله one of the most important problems in urban spaces of our country is inadequacy of their spaces in relation to persons with disabilities. The aim of this study is urban spaces planning for supply of disabled needs and devotees in the Kerman District 2.. The method of this research is Descriptive-Analytic and the information is provided through library studies through the observation of the status quo in the range of study and the questionnaire completion. To analyze the data is used SPSS software and GIS software for produce maps and for data analysis, are used the SWOT and AHP models. The results of the AHP model show that The management criterion is ranked first with relative weight of 0.441 and this section has the greatest impact on the planning and adaptation of urban spaces to meet the needs of the disabled and The results of the Single-Sample T test illustrate that Jomhuri Eslami pedestrian pathway and Mather park don’t have acceptable status In terms of statistical society and this areas don’t have desirable level In terms of suitability for the presence of the disabled and Shafa commercial medical center somewhat has acceptable status in terms of statistical society and desirable level in relation to the presence of the disabled too furthermore significance level In physical indicators managerial, economic and social don’t have acceptable status in terms of statistical society and do not have a desirable level of fitness for the presence of the disabled. The results of the SWOT model is in the place IV according to the internal and external matrix of planning situation and suitability of studied urban spaces for supply of disabled needs. Therefore the defensive strategy must has to be used to plan and adapt urban spaces studied to meet the needs of disabled people.
