عنوان فارسی رابطه معلم رهبری با سرزندگی تحصیلی، هیجانات تحصیلی و بهزیستی تحصیلی دانش آموزان
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه چند متغیری بین معلم رهبری با سرزندگی تحصیلی، هیجانات تحصیلی و بهزیستی تحصیلی در دانش آموزان بود. روش تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی چند متغیری می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم استان آذربایجان شرقی است که در سالتحصیلی 1398-1397 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 382 نفر با روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب گردید. داده ها با استفاده از ابزارهای استاندارد بهزیستی تحصیلی، سرزندگی تحصیلی، معلم رهبری و هیجانات تحصیلی که روایی آن ها توسط دو معیار روایی همگرا و واگرا و با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزیی تایید شد و پایایی آن ها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 95 /0، 94 /0، 98 /0 و 98 /0 بدست آمد، گردآوری شد. برای آزمون آماری از مدل معادلات ساختاری تحت نرم افزار Smart pls و نیز از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحت نرم افزار 25spss.v. استفاده شد. نتایج یافته ها نشان داد مؤلفه معلم رهبری تاثیر مستقیمی بر بهزیستی تحصیلی، هیجانات تحصیلی و سرزندگی تحصیلی دارد؛ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮهای پیش بین(دانش و توانایی، چشم انداز توسعه ای، مسئولیت پذیری، نفوذ، محیط مثبت و قدردانی، همکاری و اخلاق) ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ملاک بهزیستی تحصیلی راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری دارند؛ شش ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ پیش بین(دانش و توانایی، چشم انداز توسعه ای، مسئولیت پذیری، نفوذ، محیط مثبت و قدردانی) ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ملاک هیجانات تحصیلی راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری دارند؛ دو ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮپیش بین(نفوذ و قدردانی) ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ملاک سرزندگی تحصیلی راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری دارند.

عنوان انگلیسی Leader teacher relationship with academic vitality, academic excellence and academic well-being in high school students
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between variables between leadership teacher with academic vitality, academic excitement and academic well-being in students. The research method is purpose-oriented, applied in terms of survey nature and multivariate correlation. The statistical population consisted of all secondary high school students of East Azarbaijan province who were studying during the period of 1397-1398. The sample size was 382 using Cochran's formula by stratified sampling. The data were analyzed using standard instruments of educational well-being, academic vitality, leadership teacher, and academic excitement. Their validity was confirmed by two convergent and divergent validity criteria using partial least squares method and their reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient 95/0, 94/0, 98/0 and 98/0 were collected. Structural equation model was used for statistical test using Smart pls software as well as multiple regression analysis under software 25spss.v. used. The results of the findings showed that the teacher leadership component had a direct effect on academic well-being, academic excellence and academic vitality; predictive variables (knowledge and ability, development perspective, accountability, influence, positive environment and appreciation, cooperation and ethics) with variables There is a significant relationship between the criterion of educational well-being and the six variables of prediction (knowledge and ability, development perspective, accountability, penetration, positive and grateful environment) with the variable of emotional values.
