عنوان فارسی فرایند تحقق نظریه پیشرفت سیاسی از دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: ضرورت نظریه‌پردازی در مسائل مبتلابه اجتماعی و سیاسی از دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای منجر به پویایی انقلاب اسلامی می‌شود، زیرا یکی از چالش‌های جدی عدم توسعه‌یافتگی و عدم پیشرفت سیاسی عدم نظریه‌پردازی در این حوزه بوده و از این‌رو به علت خلاء محتوایی که در این حوزه وجود داشته اندیشه‌های رقیب و التقاطی جایگزین شده است. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش سعی دارد به‌وسیله روش برون- کلارک به این سؤال پاسخ دهد که فرایند تحقق پیشرفت سیاسی بر اساس دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای چگونه قابل تبیین است؟ یافته‌ها: یافته تحقق نشان می‌دهد: نظریه پیشرفت سیاسی مبتنی بر مبانی فلسفی است که در شرایط سیاسی و اجتماعی قوام می‌یابد. نتیجه‌گیری: نظریه پیشرفت سیاسی شامل مؤلفه‌هایی نظیر پاسخگویی و نظارت، عدالت محوری و... با هدف دست‌یابی به حیات طیبه است. فرایند تحقق پیشرفت سیاسی شامل اقداماتی نظیر، تکیه‌بر مسأله هویت، مدیریت فرهنگ، حفظ و توسعه مشروعیت نظام سیاسی، تکیه‌بر عقلانیت، نهادسازی و گفتمان سازی است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Emphasis on theorizing and responding to the challenges of the Islamic Revolution has been considered by Ayatollah Khamenei . One of the important and necessary issues that cause the stability and dynamism of the Islamic Revolution is the need for theorizing in social and political issues. After the Islamic Revolution, theorists have written in this field according to their intellectual foundations, but the desired goal of the constitutional ideals and the leaders of the Islamic Revolution has not been achieved. How can Ayatollah Khamenei's views be explained?The findings show that Ayatollah Khamenei has emphasized problem-solving and theorizing for several years. The theory of political progress is based on philosophical foundations that are consistent in political and social conditions. The theory of political progress includes components such as accountability and oversight. Justice is central, meritocracy, political, social and religious freedoms, spirituality and morality, a revolutionary society, the existence of parties and non-governmental organizations and an efficient political system with the aim of achieving a good life. The process of achieving political progress includes actions such as relying on the issue of identity, managing culture, maintaining and developing the legitimacy of the political system, relying on rationality, institutionalization and discourse building.
