عنوان فارسی مصالحه سیاسی و توسعه در ایران؛ بررسی چند گزاره ی نظری و انضمامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش پیش رو ضمن تأکید بر توسعه به مثابه آرمانی ملی و فراگیر در سطح جهان، با طرح و تشریح نظریه‌ها و دیدگاه های معطوف به نسبت میان "مصالحه و مصالحه سیاسی" با "توسعه و توسعه ملی" به ویژه نظریاتی که مدعی اند توسعه در بستر صلح و جهان عاری از خشونت و جنگ محقق خواهد شد تلاش دارد نسبت میان مصالحه سیاسی و توسعه ملی در ایران را بازنمایی نموده، به ضرورت و بایسته های آن بپردازد. در چارچوب ملاحظات نظری و رویکردی این اثر؛ جوامع و از جمله جامعه، نیروهای اجتماعی، نخبگان و نظام سیاسی در ایران برای رسیدن به توسعه ناچارند تا از میزان تعارضات و درگیری‌های درونی و بیرونی کاسته و توان و همت خود را در بستری مصالحه‌جویانه و آرامش طلبانه برای نیل به توسعه و پیشرفت تجمیع نمایند. بر اساس این الگو و در قالب روشی کیفی و گردآوری اسنادی- کتابخانه ای داده ها؛ مقاله به طرح 5 گزاره کلیدی که ناظر بر الزامات و بایسته های انضمامی و راهبردی برای دستیابی به مصالحه سیاسی و توسعه است می پردازد.در وجوه ایجابی و سلبی؛ خروج از بدفهمی ها و کژفهمی ها نسبت به موضوع مصالحه، تبدیل گفتمان های سلبی به گفتمان های ایجابی و الگو بودگی، شناسایی حداکثری کنشگران، ظرفیت سازی برای توسعه نهادهای مدنی و آموزش شهروندی و گفتمان سازی درباره صلح، 5 گزاره ای است که نویسنده در این مقاله مورد دقت نظر قرار می دهد.واژگان کلیدی: مصالحه، مصالحه سیاسی، صلح، توسعه، ایران

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Political reconciliation and development in Iran;Investigation of some theoretical and practical propositionsAbstract:The present study seeks to examine the relationship between "reconciliation and political reconciliation" and " development and national development" in Iran.In this article, he first deals with development as a national and all-encompassing ideal in the world. It then goes on to outline theories and views that claim that development will be achieved in a context of peace and a world free of violence and war.In the framework of theoretical and approach considerations of this work; Communities, including society, social forces, elites and the political system in Iran, in order to achieve development, have to reduce the amount of internal and external conflicts and conflicts and their efforts in a conciliatory and peaceful context to achieve development. And aggregate progress. Based on this model and in the form of a qualitative method and documentary-library data collection; The article outlines 5 key propositions that address the concrete and strategic requirements for achieving political reconciliation and development.In positive and negative aspects; Elimination of misunderstandings and misunderstandings regarding the issue of reconciliation, transforming negative discourses into positive discourses and role models, Maximum identification of actors, capacity building for the development of civic institutions and citizenship education and discourse about peace are 5 propositions that the author carefully considers in this article.
