عنوان فارسی روش‌های تصویربرداری و رزکسیون رادیکال گلیوم مغز: مقاله مروری
چکیده فارسی مقاله 800x600 گلیوم‌ها گروهی از نئوپلاسم‌های اولیه سیستم اعصاب مرکزی با مشخصه سلول‌های نوروگلیال (مانند استروسیت، اولیگودندروسیت) می‌باشند. تومورهای گلیوم عموماً به دو دسته گلیوم با گرید پایین و گلیوم با گرید بالا تقسیم‌بندی می‌شوند. گریدینگ تومور بر اساس وجود آتیپی در هسته سلول، پرولیفراسیون عروقی، میتوز و نکروز انجام می‌پذیرد. گلیوم‌های بدخیم، تومورهای پیشرونده مغزی هستند که به دو دسته گلیوم آناپلاستیک و گلیوبلاستوم تقسیم می‌شوند. برای درمان تومورهای گلیوم‌ در حال حاضر از روش‌های متنوعی شامل جراحی، رادیاسیون (رادیاسیون و رادیوسرجری) و کموتراپی استفاده می‌شود. اما متأسفانه پیش‌آگهی و بقای اغلب این بیماران وخیم می‌باشد. بقای بیماران بستگی به نوع، سایز و محل تومور و نیز سن بیماران دارد. در این مقاله، عوامل پیش‌آگهی دهنده، روش‌های تشخیص و به‌خصوص درمان جراحی مبتلایان به گلیوم مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Gliomas include a group of primary central nervous system (CNS) neoplasms with characteristics of neuroglial cells (eg, astrocytes, oligodendrocytes). The gliomas are classified commonly to WHO grade I-IV gliomas. The grading is based on the presence of nuclear atypia, vascular proliferation, mitoses, and necrosis. The malignant gliomas are progressive brain tumors that are divided into anaplastic gliomas and glioblastoma based upon their histopathologic features. Today, different modalities such as surgery, radiation therapy (in the form of external beam radiation or the stereotactic approach using radiosurgery) and chemotherapy have been used for the treatment of gliom's tomors but unfortunately the prognosis and survival rate is poor in most of patients. The survival depends on the tumor's type, size, location and the patient's age. We reviewed the prognostic factors, diagnostic modalities and surgical management of patients with gliomas.
