عنوان فارسی تحلیل علی مولفه های تاثیرگذار بر مدیریت مراتع از دیدگاه کارشناسان و خبرگان (مطالعه موردی:جنکل ها و مراتع استان کرمانشاه)
چکیده فارسی مقاله مدیریت مراتع یکی از موارد اساسی در مدیریت اکوسیستم بوده و هدف از آن استفاده بهینه از مراتع به منظور دستیابی به بازده مطلوب و حفظ پایداری اکوسیستم های مرتعی است. مراتع نقش زیربنایی در اقتصاد کشور دارد و زمینه ساز حرکت در جهت دستیابی به اهداف توسعه  پایدار است. این در حالی است که با توجه به اهمیت این منابع، علاوه بر بحران­های زیست­محیطی، سوءمدیریت نیز در زمینه بهره برداری از مراتع روز به روز افزایش می یابد.  با توجه به ضرورت مدیریت مراتع هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل علی مولفه های تاثیر گذار بر مدیریت مراتع استان کرمانشاه است. روش پژوهش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق مصاحبه حضوری و تکمیل پرسشنامه انجام گردید. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 28 نفر از مدیران مرتبط هستند؛ که در حوزه مدیریت مراتع فعالیت داشتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد شاخص های برنامه ریزی (30/0)، مشکلات انسان ساخت(18/0)، قوانین و مقررات (66/0)، مهارت فردی(46/0) و عامل نظارت  (22/0) بارهای عاملی را تبیین می نماید. نتایج به دست امده از عوامل پنج گانه در مدیریت مراتع، قوانین و مقررات بیشترین و مشکلات انسان ساخت کمترین مقدار از بارهای عاملی را تبیین می نمایند.

عنوان انگلیسی Causal analysis of components affecting rangeland management from the perspective of experts (Case study: Junkels and rangelands of Kermanshah province)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Rangeland management is one of the basic items in ecosystem management and its purpose is the optimal use of rangelands in order to achieve the desired yield and maintain the stability of rangeland ecosystems. Rangelands play an infrastructural role in the countrychr('39')s economy and pave the way for achieving the goals of sustainable development. However, due to the importance of these resources, in addition to environmental crises, mismanagement in the field of rangeland exploitation is increasing day by day. Due to the necessity of rangeland management, the purpose of this study is to analyze the causal components affecting rangeland management in Kermanshah province. The research method is descriptive-analytical research. The required information was provided through face-to-face interviews and completing a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study includes 28 related managers; Who were active in the field of rangeland management. Structural equations have been used to analyze the data. The results showed that planning indicators (0.30), man-made problems (0.18), rules and regulations (0.66), individual skills (0.46) and monitoring factor (0.22) explain factor loads Seems. The results obtained from the five factors in rangeland management explain the laws and regulations of the most and man-made problems of the least amount of factor loads.
