عنوان فارسی طراحی الگوی توانمندسازی مشاوران مدرسه: یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی توانمندسازی مشاوران مدرسه و بر مبنای نظریه داده‌بنیاد و با به‌کارگیری روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. روش: بدین منظور تعداد 12 معلم، 14 مشاور مدرسه، 13 دانش‌آموز (در سطح استان اردبیل) به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و تعداد 9 متخصص و استاد مشاوره (در سطح کشور) به شیوه نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی انتخاب و داده‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری گردآوری و پس از پیاده‌سازی متن مصاحبه‌ها و ورود اطلاعات به نرم افزار تحلیل داده‌های کیفی MAXQDA، با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج کدگذاری باز و محوری منجر به شناسایی 245 مفهوم و 17 مقوله محوری شد. همچنین، نتایج کدگذاری انتخابی نشان داد که مقوله هسته توانمندی مشاوران مدرسه است که تحت تأثیر شرایط علّی (صلاحیت علمی، شغلی و اخلاقی)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (بلوغ عاطفی، خودکارآمدی، مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای و هماهنگی) و شرایط زمینه‌ای (بلوغ عقلی، هوش‌هیجانی، سلامت‌روان، مهارت‌های ارتباطی، سرسختی روانشناختی و شخصیت کاریزماتیک) در قالب راهبردهای توسعه سازمانی و فردی است که حاصل آن بهبود کارآمدی مشاوران مدرسه به‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر توصیه می‌شود از الگوی حاضر به منظور توانمندسازی مشاوران مدرسه و همین‌طور طراحی و تدوین برنامه‌های مختلف در جهت بهبود خدمات راهنمایی و مشاوره مدرسه استفاده شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Designing an Empowerment Model for School Counselors: A Qualitative Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aim: The current research was conducted with the aim of developing a model for empowering school counselors based on grounded theory and using semi-structured interview method. Methods: For this purpose, the number of 12 teachers, 14 school counselors, 13 students (at the level of Ardabil province) were selected by purposeful sampling and the number of 9 consulting experts and professors (at the level of the country) were selected by snowball sampling and the data were collected until theoretical saturation was reached. And after implementing the text of the interviews and entering the information into the MAXQDA qualitative data analysis software, they were analyzed with open, central and selective coding. Findings: The results of open and axial coding led to the identification of 245 concepts and 17 core categories. Also, the results of selective coding showed that the core category of school counselors' ability is influenced by causal conditions (scientific, professional and moral competence), intervening conditions (emotional maturity, self-efficacy, professional skills and coordination) and background conditions (intellectual maturity, emotional intelligence, mental health, communication skills, psychological toughness and charismatic personality) in the form of organizational and individual development strategies, which result in improving the efficiency of school counselors directly and indirectly. Conclusions: According to the findings of the present research, it is recommended to use the present model in order to empower school counselors, as well as design and develop different programs to improve school guidance and counseling services.
