عنوان فارسی مروری جامع بر اپیدمیولوژی آموزشی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: یکی از شاخه‌های نسبتاً مدرن در دانش اپیدمیولوژی که بسیار مهم بوده اما تا کنون، مقالات بسیار کمی در باره آن منتشر شده است، شاخه اپیدمیولوژی آموزشی است. از این رو، هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، معرفی شاخه اپیدمیولوژی آموزشی است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه، یک مطالعه مروری جامع است که با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی Education، Epidemiology و Educational epidemiology، تمامی مقالاتی را که در زمینه اپیدمیولوژی آموزشی انجام گرفته و در پایگاه‌های  Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus  و Web of Science  نمایه شده‌اند را جمع‌آوری و مورد بررسی قرار داده است. یافته‌ها: جستجوی به عمل آمده نشان می‌دهد که تا دیماه سال 1401، فقط پنج مقاله با عنوان اپیدمیولوژی آموزشی به رشته تحریر در آمده است که همگی آن‌ها در نشریه JAMA به چاپ رسیده‌اند. نخستین مقاله در سپتامبر سال 2014 میلادی، توسط Carney و همکارانش منتشر شده است. چهار مقاله دیگر، همگی از نوع کامنت بوده که درباره‌ی مقاله Carney و همکارانش نوشته شده‌اند. در مجموع به نظر می‌رسد پژوهش‌های اپیدمیولوژی آموزشی، موضوعی چالش برانگیز است، زیرا به سختی می‌توان در محیط‌های آموزشی، مداخلات کنترل شده را به مرحله اجرا در آورد. از طرف دیگر، الزامات اعتباربخشی سختگیرانه‌ای که در مؤسسات آموزشی وجود دارند، برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای مداخلات آموزشی را با دشواری رو به رو می‌سازند. نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد با کاربرد مطالعات اپیدمیولوژی اعم از توصیفی و تحلیلی در واحدهای آموزشی، می‌توان به شناخت بهتر فرآیندهای آموزشی، مسائل و مشکلات آموزشی و همچنین راه‌های مقابله با آن‌ها و در نهایت، ارتقاء سطح آموزش علوم سلامت کمک‌های شایانی نمود. واژه‌های کلیدی: اپیدمیولوژی، اپیدمیولوژی آموزشی، اثر بخشی، مؤسسات آموزشی

عنوان انگلیسی A Comprehensive Review on Educational Epidemiology
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: One of the relatively modern branches in the knowledge of epidemiology, which despite being very important, very few articles have been published about it so far, is the branch of educational epidemiology. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to introduce the branch of educational epidemiology. Materials and Methods: This study is a comprehensive review study in which, using the keywords: Education, Epidemiology, and Educational epidemiology, all the articles conducted in the field of educational epidemiology and indexed in Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science were collected and analyzed. Results: The database search shows that until the writing of this article in January 2023, only five articles with the title of educational epidemiology have been written and all of them have been published in JAMA. The first article was published in September 2014 by Carney and colleagues. The other four articles are all commentaries written about the article by Carney and his colleagues.  Overall, it seems that educational epidemiology research is a challenging issue, because it is difficult to implement controlled interventions in educational environments. On the other hand, the strict accreditation requirements existing in educational institutions make it difficult to plan and implement educational interventions. Conclusion: It seems that by using epidemiological studies, including descriptive and analytical ones in educational units, it is possible to better understand educational processes, educational issues and problems, as well as ways to deal with them.This helps to improve the level of health sciences eucation.
