عنوان فارسی بررسی تاثیر پیش‌فرض‌ها در فهم و راه‌های کنترل آن‌ها از منظر هرمنوتیک فلسفی و علوم اسلامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله دست‌یابی به فهمی درست یا مطلوب، از جمله دغدغه‌های هر مفسر یا نظریۀ تفسیری است. یکی از اموری که به عنوان مانعی جدی در دست‌یابی به این مهم تلقی شده، دخالت پیش‌فرض‌ها است. در این نوشتار که پژوهشی توصیفی و تحلیلی و با ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی است، سعی شده است تا پس از بررسی ماهیت و انواع پیش‌فرض‌ها و نیز تأثیر پیش‌فرض‌ها در فهم و مخل یا ضروری بودن آن از نگاه اندیشمندان هرمنوتیک فلسفی و علوم اسلامی نظیر تفسیر و اصول فقه، به توصیف و تحلیل راه‌های ارائه شده در این علوم جهت جلوگیری یا کنترل پیش‌فرض‌ها و میزان موفقیت هر علم در این امر پرداخته شود. در نهایت نشان داده شده است که به کار گرفتن مزایای روش هرمنوتیکی نظیر گشودگی، دیالکتیک و دور هرمنوتیکی در کنار مزایای روش اصولی-تفسیری از جمله توجه به ظهور نوعی و قصد ظاهری و قراین و شواهد عامه‌ای همچون اصول لفظیه از یک سو و توجه به صلاحیت‌های روحی و اخلاقی مفسر از سوی دیگر، می‌تواند نقایص هر یک از این دو روش را بر طرف ساخته و تعامل مکمل گونه‌ای میان این دو علم برقرار سازد.

عنوان انگلیسی An investigation into the effect of presuppositions in understanding and the ways to control them from the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics and Islamic sciences
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Achieving a good or desirable understanding is one of the concerns for every nterpreter or theory of interpretation. One of the issues seen as a major obstacle in achieving such an understanding is the interference of presuppositions. The present article, as a descriptive analytical study which applies library data and textual references, aims first to investigate the nature and types of presuppositions and their effect on understanding - either their essential or detrimental influence - from the perspective of scholars in philosophical hermeneutics and Islamic sciences (including tafsīr and the principles of jurisprudence). Then, it seeks to describe and analyze the methods offered in these sciences in order to prevent or control the presuppositions and the degree of success for each science in this regard. Finally, it has been shown that taking advantage of the hermeneutic methodology - such as openness, dialectic, and hermeneutic circle - together with the advantages of the principalist-interpretive method - including consideration of the typical expression and surface intention and conventional evidences like lexical principles on the one hand, and attention to the spiritual and moral competencies of the interpreter on the other hand - can overcome the shortcomings of each of these two methods and make a complementary interaction between the two sciences.
