عنوان فارسی حزب و تحزّب در اندیشه اسلامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله حزب و تحزّب در معانی متأخّر، پدیده ای جدید و از دیدگاه فقهی، مسأله ای نوظهور در جامعه و فرهنگ شیعی است ودر اندیشه دینی پیرامون مقبولیّت و یا مطرودیّت آن، ابهام ها، دغدغه هاو دیدگاه های متعدّد وبعضاً متنافری وجود دارد. درتبیین موضوع تحزّب در اندیشه اسلامی ؛ یا تلاش شده است در منابع قرآنی و روایی و سیره معصومین و تاریخ صدر اسلام به دنبال ما بازاهای حزب و تحزّب باشند و یا آنکه سعی کنند حزب و تحزّب را به عنوان امری جدید و مستحدثه تلقّی کرده و بنا به کارکردهای مثبت و عقلانی آن، و ملازمت شرع با عقل، جواز مشروعیت برای این پدیده مدرن سیاسی را صادر کنند. در این پژوهش، ضمن توجّه به این دو چارچوب روشی، - ضمن ارجح دانستن رویکرد دوم – ابتداء جایگاه حزب و تحزّب در قرآن بررسی شده و سپس دیدگاه و استدلالات مخالفین و موافقین با مشروعیت دینی تحزّب مورد بحث قرار می گیرد و بر دیدگاه «موافقت معتدل» صحّه گذاشته می شود. کلید واژه ها: تحزّب، حزب الله، سیاست، اندیشه اسلامی، روایات، شریعت، عقل، فقه سیاسی، کلام.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Party and partisanship, in modern meaning, are new phenomena and, from the jurisprudence point of view, newly-emerged issues in Shī‘a community and culture. In religious thought, there are ambiguities, uncertainties and sometimes varied and even conflicting viewpoints concerning their acceptance or rejection. In elucidation of partisanship in Islamic thought, it is either attempted to seek for its equivalent in the Qur'an and ḥadīth sources, the sīra of the Infallible Imams and the early history of Islam, or to regard party and partisanship as modern and newly-arisen issues and according to their positive and intellectual functions and due to the concomitance of religious law with intellect, to issue legitimacy license for this modern political phenomenon. Considering these two methodological frameworks – with preference of the second – the present paper first studies the status of party and partisanship in the Qur'an, and then discusses the viewpoints and arguments of the proponents and opponents of the religious legitimacy of partisanship and endorses the "moderate consent" viewpoint.
