عنوان فارسی دو جریان أخباریّه و سلفیّه در مواجهه
چکیده فارسی مقاله تاریخ فقه اسلامی شاهد شکل‌گیری دو جریان به ظاهرهم‌سو و مشابه - هر چند در دو مقطع زمانی و با جلوه های متفاوت - بوده است. یک جریان، جنبش أخباریّه در مکتب امامیّه است که با رویکردی تازه در باب شریعت‌ورزی، ضمن نفی اجتهاد،عقل را در رسیدن به احکام شرعی، ناتوان می‌شمارد. جریان دوم سلفیّّه است که در میان اهل‌سنّّّت، اگر چه در اساس یک جریان اعتقادی است و صرفاً یک حرکت فقهی نیست، اما در عرصه فقه و شریعت نیز نگاههای ویژه ای داردکه تاحدود زیادی مشابه دیدگاه های اخباریّه است. ژرف‌اندیشی در آموزه‌ها، رویکردهای کلان و متدولوژی این دو جریان مهم اصول‌گرا، وجود مشاکلت‌ها و احیاناً تأثیر و تأثّرهایی را میان آنها آشکار می‌سازد. مواجهه‌ این دو جریان با فرآیند اجتهاد، نفی عقلانیّت در ساحت احکام، غیرموّجه دانستن استدلال ها و براهین عقلی در فهم شریعت و تکیه ی کامل بر روایات، از مهم ترین مواردی است که میان آن دو به نوعی همگن و متجانس می‌نماید. در این پژوهش، تلاش شده است تا گوشه هایی از مشابهت هایی این دو جریان، به ویژه در نوعِ نگاهی که به عقل دارند، مورد تأمّل و بررسی قرار گیرد. کلید واژه‌ ها: أخباریّه، سلفیّه، اصول‌گرایی، إجتهاد، عقل، فقه، شریعت، أحکام.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The history of Islamic jurisprudence has witnessed two heterogeneous yet apparently similar trends – although in two different periods of time and manifestations. One is the Akhbāriyya movement in Imāmī school, which, with a new approach to practicing sharī‘a and while negating ijtihād (legal reasoning), regards intellect as being unable to achieve legal rulings. The second trend is the Salafiyya among the Sunnīs, which, although a basically ideological trend and not merely a jurisprudential movement, has specific views in the field of jurisprudence and religious law largely similar to those of the khbāriyya. An in-depth deliberation on the doctrines, major approaches, and methodology of these two important fundamentalist trends will reveal the existence of conformities and possibly certain interactions between them. The confrontation of these two trends with the process of legal reasoning, negation of rationality in the domain of ordinances, regarding the reasoning and rational arguments as unjustified in understanding religious law and complete reliance on traditions are among the issues that seem to be homogenous and consistent between the two. It is attempted in this research to survey and ponder on some instances of the similarities of these trends, particularly their view on intellect.
