عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان رعایت شیوه نامه‌‌های بهداشتی در مدارس ابتدایی شهر ایلام در طول شیوع ویروس کرونا در سال ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۰
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه ‌و هدف: یکی از استراتژی‌های اساسی برای کاهش شیوع بیماری در بین افراد جامعه، به خصوص کودکان و نوجوانان که در طی همه‌گیری بیماری کووید-19، رعایت بهداشت و رفتارهای محافظت شخصی است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رعایت شیوه نامه‌های بهداشتی در مدارس ابتدایی شهر ایلام در طول شیوع ویروس کرونا در سال 1401-1400 صورت گرفته ‌است. روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی-مقطعی در مدارس ابتدایی شهر ایلام با نمونه آماری 49 مدرسه (25 مدرسه دخترانه و 24 مدرسه پسرانه) انجام شد. در این مطالعه از چک لیست مراقبت و کنترل بیماری کرونا ویروس جدید 2019 در مدارس استفاده شد که دارای 15 سوال با مجموع امتیاز 100 است. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری کولموگروف-اسمیرنف و T-Test به کمک نرم افزار SPSS. V21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان ‌داد که بیشترین و کمترین امتیازها به ترتیب مربوط به پارامترهای انجام ارزیابی بهداشتی مدرسه قبل از بازگشایی (100 درصد) و غربالگری افراد از نظر واکسینه ‌شدن انجام تست PCR (صفر درصد) است. میانگین امتیاز رعایت چک لیست در مدارس دخترانه 74/3 و در مدارس پسرانه 74/38 بود. همچنین، نتایج حاصل از آزمون T-Test نشان داد که ارتباط معنی‌داری بین میانگین نمره مدارس دخترانه و پسرانه وجود ندارد (0/05< p). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان ‌‎داد که امتیاز کسب شده رعایت پارامترهای چک لیست کلیه مدارس شهر ایلام کمتر از امتیاز 85 است و علت اصلی آن رعایت نکردن پارامتر غربالگری افراد از نظر واکسینه ‌شدن/انجام تست PCR در مدارس است.

عنوان انگلیسی Examining the level of compliance with health protocols in elementary schools in Ilam city during the outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 in 1400-1401
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: One of the basic strategies to reduce the prevalence of diseases among people in society, especially children and adolescents, during the epidemic of COVID-19 disease, is to observe hygiene and personal protection behaviors. The present study was conducted to determine the level of compliance with health protocols in primary schools of Ilam city during the outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 in 1400-1401. Materials and Methods: This descriptive-cross-sectional study was conducted in primary schools of Ilam city with a statistical sample of 49 schools (25 girls' schools and 24 boys' schools). In this study, the 2019 new coronavirus disease care and control checklist was used in schools, which has 15 questions with a total score of 100. Data with Kolmogorov-Smirnov and T-Test statistical tests using SPSS software. V21 was analyzed. Results: The results of this study showed that the highest and lowest scores are respectively related to the parameters of school health assessment before reopening (100 percent) and screening of people in terms of vaccination by PCR test (zero percent). The average score of compliance with the checklist was 74.3 in girls' schools and 74.38 in boys' schools. Also, the results of the T-Test showed that there is no significant relationship between the mean scores of girls' and boys' schools (p<0.05). Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that the score obtained for compliance with the checklist parameters of all schools in Ilam city is less than 85 points, and the main reason for this is the non-compliance of the screening parameter of people in terms of vaccination/PCR test in schools.
