عنوان فارسی بررسی مهارت تشخیصی دانشجویان سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در زمینه بیماری های شایع دهان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در چرخه­­­ ی تشخیص و درمان بیماری­ های دهان، دندانپزشکان اولین و مهم­ترین نقش را بر عهده دارند و با دقت و تیزبینی آن­ ها حتی ضایعات کوچک و بدون علامت می­ تواند تشخیص داده شود. لذا هدف از این تحقیق بررسی میزان مهارت تشخیصی دانشجویان سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در مورد بیماری­های شایع دهان بود. روش­ ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی میزان مهارت تشخیصی 56 نفر از دانشجویان سال آخر دانشکده­ های دندانپزشکی علوم پزشکی گیلان (رشت و پردیس بین الملل) در زمینه بیماری­ های شایع دهان در سال 1393- 1392 بررسی شد. این پرسشنامه بین 8 نفر از متخصصین بیماری­ های دهان، فک و صورت توزیع شد که روایی آن از طریق روایی محتوایی و پایایی آن از طریق test-retest (0/80r=) تایید گردید. برای تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به آموزش بیماری­های دهان، 3 سوال و در حیطه مهارت تشخیصی 11 سوال مطرح و تصاویر مربوطه، به صورت اسلاید نمایش داده شد. داده­ ها از طریق آزمون آماری t- Independent test و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته­ ها: از مجموع 56 دانشجوی شرکت­ کننده با میانگین سنی آنان 1/58±24/59، 25 نفر( 44/6 درصد) مذکر و 31 نفر(55/4 درصد) مونث بودند. میانگین نمره مهارت تشخیصی کل دانشجویان دندانپزشکی 0/24± 0/37 و میانگین نمره مهارت تشخیصی رشت (0/25± 0/44) و پردیس بین الملل(0/19± 0/28) بود. هم چنین یافته ­ها نشان داد که اختلاف معنی­ داری بین نمرات مهارت تشخیصی دانشجویان رشت و پردیس بین الملل وجود دارد (0/011p= ). نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف معنی­ داری بین جنسیت و نمره مهارت تشخیصی دانشجویان وجود ندارد اما نمره مهارت تشحیصی دانشجویان دختر رشت (0/23±0/47) از پسر آن (0/15± 0/23 ) و در پردیس بین الملل پسر(0/20±0/29) از دختر (0/15± 0/23 ) بیشتر بود. یافته­ ها بیانگر وجود اختلاف معنی­ داری بین محل تحصیل دانشجویان و نمره کسب شده از مباحث ضایعات زخمی(0/049 p=)، اگزوفیتیک (0/050 P=) بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که مهارت تشخیصی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی گیلان در مورد بیماری­ های شایع دهان ضعیف می­ باشد، لذا بکارگیری تکنیک­ های نوین آموزشی و تعامل بیشتر اساتید دانشکده­ های دندانپزشکی و پزشکی در جهت دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی بالاتر توصیه می­شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of Diagnostic skill of senior dental students of Guilan university of medical sciences about common oral diseases in 2014-2015
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Dentists have the first and the most important role in the process of diagnosis and treatment of oral and dental diseases. The small and asymptomatic lesion can be recognized by their attention and vigilance. Therefore, the aim of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic skills of senior dental students of Guilan University of Medical Sciences about common oral diseases. Methods: In this cross-sectional study the diagnostic skills of 56 senior dental students of Guilan University of Medical Sciences about common oral diseases were evaluated in 2014-2015. The total number of rasht and international branch of Guilan dental students were 71.The data were collected by using Sarabadani's pictorial questionnaire that its validity and reliability were confirmed by 8 oral medicine specialists through the content (CVR= 0.86) and Test - retest (CVI=80%) respectively. This questionnaire had been distributed between 8 oral medicine specialists. This questionnaire was consisted of three questions about opinion assessment and eleven questions about skill evaluation also,powerpoints were used for image presentation. The data were analyzed by using SPSS software and t- independent test. Results: of 56 students with average age of (24.59±1.58) participated in this study, 25 students (44.6%) were male and 31 (55.4%) were female. The average score of diagnostic skills of senior dental students of of Guilan University of Medical Sciences was 0.37±0.24 . The average score of diagnostic skills of senior dental students of Rasht dental faculty (0.44±0.25) was significantly higher than the average score of diagnostic skills of senior dental students of international branch of Guilan dental faculty (0.28±0.19) (p=0.11). In Rasht dental school , the score of diagnostic skills of female students(0.47±0.23) was higher than male dental students(2.09±0.60)(P=0.267) and in international branch of Guilan dental school, the score of diagnostic skills of male students (0.29±0.20) was higher than female dental students (0.23±0.15), (p=0.552). However in both faculties there was not any significant difference between students' diagnostic skills and their genders. findings show significant difference between location of study and acquired scores about lesion subject(p=0.049) and exophytic(p=0.050). Conclusion: Diagnostic skills of dental students of Guilan about common oral diseases was weak, therefore it is recommended to adopt new educational techniques and greater interaction between medical and dental staff for achieving higher educational skills.
