عنوان فارسی بررسی عوامل موثر بر انگیزه تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بقیه ا...(عج)
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: انگیزه یکی از مهمترین مسائل تاثیرگذار بر پیشرفت تحصیلی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی انگیزه تحصیلی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بقیه ا...عج انجام شد. روش: در مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی حاضر 180 دانشجو به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه مورد استفاده شامل بخش های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، مقیاس انگیزش تحصیلی و بخش چهار آیتمی مربوط به رضایت از وضعیت رفاهی، آموزشی، آینده شغلی و رشته تحصیلی  بود. p ‹ 0.05 در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج: دانشجویان شامل 50 دانشجوی پزشکی، 4 دانشجوی داروسازی، 34 دانشجوی پرستاری، 24 دانشجوی اطاق عمل و 43 دانشجوی هوشبری بودند. میانگین سنی شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش 55/1±66/21 بود. همچنین 2/82 درصد مرد، 6/90 درصد مجرد، 1/51 درصد مقطع کارشناسی، 3/93 درصد غیر بورسیه و 3/88 درصد ساکن خوابگاه دانشجویی بودند. میانگین (SD±) برای انگیزش درونی 77/52 (90/13±)، برای انگیزش بیرونی 08/55(07/14±)، برای بی انگیزشی 98/14(32/6 ±) و برای کل انگیزش تحصیلی 84/122(48/29 ±) گزراش شد. انگیزه تحصیلی با در رابطه با سطوح مختلفی سنی، تفاوت آماری معنی داشت (05/0 ≥ p) . همچنین انگیزه بیرونی با رضایت از آینده شغلی (20/0 = r)  و رضایت از رشته تحصیلی  (15/0 = r) همبستگی معنی داری نشان داد (05/0 ≥ p). نتیجه گیری: جهت افزایش انگیزه تحصیلی دانشجویان توانمند سازی اساتید در به کارگیری تئوری‌های مختلف انگیزشی و توجه بیشتر به رفاه دانشجویان پیشنهاد می‌شود. تحصیل داشنجویان در رشته مورد علاقه خود و اطمبنان از آینده شغلی میتواند زمینه را برای افزایش میزان موفقیت تحصیلی آنها را فراهم آورد.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the factors affecting the academic motivation of students of Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Introduction: Motivation is one of the most important issues affecting academic achievement. The aim of this study was to investigate academic motivation and its related factors in students of Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences. Method: In the present cross-sectional descriptive study, 180 students were randomly selected. The study survey consisted from the demographic section, academic motivation questionnaire and a four-item section related to satisfaction with welfare and educational status, job future and field of study. Significance levels was considered less than 0.05. Results: The students were 50 medical, 34 nursing, 24 operating room, 43 anesthesia and four pharmacy students participated. The mean (SD) age of subjects was 21.66 (1.55). In addition, out of them, they were 82.2% male, 90.6% single, 51.1% undergraduate, 93.3% non-scholarship holders and 88.3% dormitories' residents. The mean (SD) scores of internal and external motivation, lack of motivation, and total academic motivation were 52.77 ± 13.90, 55.08 ±14.07, and 14.98 ± 6.32, and 122.84 ± 29.48, respectively. Academic motivation was statistically significant with respect to different age levels (p ‹ 0.05). External motivation also showed a significant correlation with job satisfaction (p ‹ 0.05) and satisfaction with the field of study (r = 0.15) (p ‹ 0.05). Conclusion: Findings showed that students' academic motivation is not desirable and needs attention. Providing a basis for students to study in the field of interest, paying more attention to the welfare of students can be effective.
