عنوان فارسی اثر شدت‌های مختلف چرای دام در تخصیص عناصر غذایی و خصوصیات کمّی گونه Bromus tomentellus Boiss (مطالعه موردی: شمال شرق شهرستان دلفان)
چکیده فارسی مقاله به­منظور بررسی اثر چرا با شدت­های متفاوت بر کمیت و کیفیت علوفه اندام­های هوایی گونه Bromus tomentellus Boiss، دامنه­های کوه گرین در شمال شرق شهرستان دلفان انتخاب شد. سه منطقه با شدت­های چرایی متفاوت شامل منطقه قرق (مرجع)، چرای متوسط (کلید) و چرای سنگین (بحرانی) انتخاب گردید. در هر منطقه، نمونه­برداری از پوشش سطحی به روش تصادفی سیستماتیک در قالب 30 پلات 1Í1 متر مربعی در طول سه ترانسکت به طول 100 متر انجام شد. خصوصیات پوشش گیاهی نظیر درصد تاج پوشش و تراکم و در ادامه تولید در واحد سطح به روش قطع و توزین محاسبه گردید. از اندام­های هوایی گونه B. tomentellus در هر تیمار چرایی اقدام به برداشت اندام هوایی 60 پایه گیاهی گردید و به آزمایشگاه منتقل شد. در آزمایشگاه نمونه­ها در داخل آون در دمای 65 درجه سانتی­گراد خشک شده و آسیاب شدند و روی آن­ها تجزیه شیمیایی صورت گرفت. برای مقایسه میانگین­ها به­ترتیب از تجزیه واریانس و آزمون توکی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد درصد پروتئین خام، پتاسیم، فسفر، کلسیم، ماده خشک قابل هضم و انرژی متابولیسمی، تراکم، تاج پوشش و تولید گونه مورد بررسی در مناطق قرق، چرای متوسط و چرای سنگین دارای اختلاف معنی­داری هستند (01/0P<). در هر دو تیمار چرای سنگین و متوسط، پروتئین به­ترتیب 28 و 8 درصد نسبت به منطقه قرق کاهش داشت. همچنین پتاسیم، فسفر، کلسیم، ماده خشک قابل هضم و انرژی متابولیسمی در دو تیمار تحت چرا دارای کاهش معنی­داری نسبت به منطقه قرق می­باشند. مقدار تولید، تراکم و تاج پوشش در منطقه کلید (به­ترتیب 17، 16 و 31 درصد) و منطقه بحرانی (به­ترتیب 42، 69 و 68 درصد) نسبت به منطقه مرجع کاهش دارند. نتیجه این پژوهش نشان داد که چرای سنگین و متوسط منجر به کاهش کمیت و کیفیت علوفه گونه B. tomentellus خواهد شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of different grazing intensities on nutrient allocation and quantitative characteristics of specie Bromus tomentellus Boiss (Case study: North East of Delfan County)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In order to investigate the effect of different intensities on the quality and quantity of forage in the Bromus tomentellus Boiss species, mountain ranges in the northeastern part of the Delfan city were selected. Three zones with different grazing intensities were selected including the grazing area (reference), medium grazing (key) and heavy grazing (critical). In each region, sampling of surface coatings was done in a systematic randomized way in 30 plots 1*1 square meter during three transects with a length of 100 meters. Vegetation characteristics such as canopy cover and density were calculated and then the production per unit area was calculated by cutting and weighing method. The aerial parts of B. tomentellus, in each treatment, were used to harvest 60 plant aerial parts and transferred to the laboratory. In the laboratory, the samples were dried in the oven at 65 °C and milled and chemical decomposition was performed on them. Analysis of variance and Tukey test were used for comparison of means. The results showed that the percentage of crude protein, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, digestible dry matter and metabolic energy, density, crown cover, and production of the species studied were significant in the areas of grazing, medium grazing and heavy grazing (P < 0.01). In both heavy and medium grazing treatments, the protein decreased by 28% and 8%, respectively. Also, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, digestible dry matter and metabolic energy in two treatments under the grazing have a significant decrease compared to the exclosure area. The amount of production, density and canopy in the key area (17, 16 and 31 percent, respectively) and the critical area (42, 69 and 68 percent respectively) are lower than the reference area. The result of this study showed that heavy and medium grazing would reduce the quality and quantity of B. tomentellus species.
