عنوان فارسی تبیین علل و مداخلات مؤثر در افت تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان مشروطی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان: یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: با توجه به نبود اطلاعات در مورد علل عدم موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه و همچنین عدم آگاهی از مداخلات مؤثر برای پیشگیری و کاهش این مشکل، لذا این مطالعه کیفی با هدف تبیین علل و مداخلات مؤثر در افت تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان مشروطی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان انجام شد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش یک مطالعه کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد فنومنولوژی توصیفی بود. جمعیت مطالعه دانشجویان مشروطی بودند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. مصاحبه با افراد با تمایل آن‌ها حضورا و بصورت عمیق صورت گرفت. زمان انجام هر مصاحبه، بین 60 تا 45 دقیقه بود. اطلاعات کسب شده از مصاحبه به روش 7 مرحله‌ای کلایزری مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. برای افزایش اعتماد و اعتبار علمی نتایج از روش‏های لینکلون و گوبا استفاده شد. نتایج: تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به استخراج 6 طبقه به عنوان علل مؤثر بر افت تحصیلی گردید که شامل مشکلات تحصیلی، مشکلات جسمی و روانی، نگاه به آینده، مشکلات مالی، استفاده از تکنولوژی و مشکلات خانوادگی و اجتماعی بود. همچنین تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به استخراج 4 طبقه به عنوان مداخلات مؤثر بر افت تحصیلی گردید که مداخله تحصیلی، کاهش مشکلات جسمی و روانی، مشکلات خانوادگی و اجتماعی و سایر مداخلات می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از مداخلات در روند کاهش افت تحصیلی در دانشجویان مفید است. مداخلاتی مانند تغذیه مناسب، کاهش استفاده از فضای مجازی، حضور مشاور و کمک به دانشجویان در مدیریت زمان و برنامه‌ریزی، ارزشیابی چند مرحله‌ای متناسب با محتوای دروس می‌تواند مؤثر واقع شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Due to the lack of information about the causes of academic failure of university students, as well as the lack of knowledge of effective interventions to prevent and reduce this problem, this qualitative study aims to explain the causes and effective interventions in academic failure from the perspective of conditional students at Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This research was a qualitative study using descriptive phenomenology approach. The study population was conditional students who were selected through purposive sampling. Interviews with people were conducted in-person and in-depth according to their wishes. The time of each interview was 45 to 60 minutes. The information obtained from the interview was analyzed using the 7-step method of Kleiser. To increase the trust and scientific credibility of the results, Lincoln and Goba methods were used. Results: Data analysis led to the extraction of 6 classes as effective causes of academic failure, which included academic problems, physical and mental problems, looking to the future, financial problems, us ing technology, and family and social problems. Data analysis led to 4-story extraction as an effective intervention on academic failure, including academic intervention, reduction of physical and mental problems, family and social problems, and other interventions. Conclusion: It is useful to use interventions in the process of reducing academic dropout in students. Interventions such as proper nutrition, reducing the use of virtual space, the presence of a consultant and helping students in time management and planning, multi-stage evaluation according to the courses can be effective.
