عنوان فارسی مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه درسی دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری توانبخشی ایران و دانشگاه ملبورن استرالیا
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مقایسـه برنامه‌های مختلـف آموزشـی در پرسـتاری می‌تواند سـبب ارتقـای محتـوا و کیفیـت برنامـه آموزشـی و پاسـخ بـه نیـاز جامعـه جهـت تربیـت و تأمین نیـروی متبحـر پرسـتاری شـود؛ لذا ایـن مطالعـه تطبیقـی به‌منظور شـناخت بیشـتر شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌های برنامه درسی پرستاری توانبخشی ایران و دانشگاه ملبورن انجـام گردیـد. روش بررسی: در ایـن مطالعـه توصیفـی تطبیقـی در سـال، 1401 داده‌های در رابطـه بـا برنامـه آمـوزش کارشناسـی ارشـد پرسـتاری توانبخشی بـا اسـتفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مطالعـه تطبیقـی، برنامـه درسـی، کارشناسـی ارشـد، پرسـتاری توانبخشی، استرالیا، ایـران و مروری بـر تاریخچـه و جزئیـات برنامـه درسـی دوره کارشناسـی ارشـد پرسـتاری توانبخشی ایـران و دانشـگاه ملبورن جمع‌آوری گردیـد. سـپس داده‌ها بـا اسـتفاده از الگـوی Bereday در چهـار مرحلـه توصیـف، تفسـیر، هم‌جواری و مقایسـه مـورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قـرار گرفـت. نتایج: برنامـه کارشناسـی ارشـد پرسـتاری توانبخشی در ایـران و دانشـگاه ملبورن بـه لحـاظ نحـوه و شـرایط پذیـرش، ماهیـت رشـته، رسـالت و همچنیـن دورنمـای با یکدیگر متفاوت بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: جهت ارتقا کیفیـت آموزش پرستاری توانبخشی ایـران تلاش برای آمـوزش مهارت‌های بالینـی اختصاصی توانبخشی گروه‌های خاص و همراه با مشارکت جامعه در فرایند آموزش این رشته همانند دانشگاه ملبورن می‌تواند بسیار مثمرثمر باشد؛ لذا توجه به استفاده از پرستاری مبتنی بر شواهد بایسـتی بیش از قبل در بازنگـری این برنامـه درسی مدنظر قرار گیرد. واژه‌های کلیدی: برنامه درسی، پرستاری توانبخشی، استرالیا، ایران

عنوان انگلیسی The Comparative Study of Rehabilitation Nursing Curriculum in Iran and Melbourne University of Australia
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The comparison of different educational programs in nursing can improve the content and quality of the educational program and respond to the needs of the society in order to educate and provide the nursing workforce; Therefore, this comparative study was carried out in order to know more about the similarities and differences between the rehabilitation nursing curriculum of Iran and the University of Melbourne. Methods: In this comparative descriptive study in the year 2023, data related to the master's degree program in rehabilitation nursing using the keywords of comparative study, curriculum, master's degree, rehabilitation nursing, Australian course, Iran, and a review of the history and details of the program. The senior expertise of rehabilitation nursing in Iran and Melbourne University was collected. Then, the data was analyzed using the Bereday model in four stages: description, interpretation, adjoining and comparison. Results: The master's degree program in rehabilitation nursing in Iran and the University of Melbourne were different from each other in terms of the manner and conditions of acceptance, the nature of the field, the mission and also the perspective. Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of Iran's rehabilitation nursing education, trying to teach specific rehabilitation clinical skills for special groups and with the participation of society in the process of teaching this field, like the University of Melbourne, can be very fruitful; Therefore, attention to the use of evidence-based nursing should be considered more than before in the revision of this curriculum.
