عنوان فارسی امکان‌سنجی پیاده‌سازی سامانه پایش عملکرد دانشجویان رشته فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در دوره کارآموزی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی، با توجه به نقش کلیدی نیروی انسانی در حیات انسان‌ها، تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص و کارآمد در دوران کارآموزی اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. با توجه به نقش ارزیابی مؤثر و نظارت صحیح برکیفیت عملکرد دانشجویان، این پژوهش با هدف امکان‌سنجی پیاده‌سازی سامانه پایش عملکرد دانشجویان رشته فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در دوران کارآموزی انجام شده است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی و در زمره‌ مطالعات کاربردی است که در سال 1401 انجام گرفت. ابزار گرآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته‌ با 5 بخش شامل اطلاعات زمینه‌ای و ابعاد فنی، سازمانی، نیروی انسانی و قانونی بود و جامعه پژوهش اساتید گروه فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در سطح کشور بودند. پرسشنامه از طریق ایمیل برای جامعه پژوهش ارسال شد و در نهایت داده‌های 20 پرسشنامه‌ تکمیل شده توسط نرم‌افزار Spss نسخه 16 به روش آمار توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: بیشترین میانگین امتیازات امکان‌ پیاده‌سازی سامانه پایش عملکرد دانشجویان رشته فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در دوران کارآموزی مربوط به بعد قانونی با 3/82% بود و پس از آن بعد فنی با 6/80% ، بعد سازمانی با 6/79% و در آخر بعد نیروی انسانی با میانگین 6/76% قرار داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: امکان پیاده‌سازی سامانه پایش عملکرد دانشجویان رشته فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در دوران کارآموزی از ابعاد فنی، سازمانی، قانونی و نیروی انسانی وجود داشته و با توجه به اهمیت دوران کارآموزی و نقش مؤثر ابزارهای پایش عملکرد در مدیریت فعالیت‌ها، پیشنهاد می‌شود که جهت پیاده‌سازی این سامانه اقدامات لازم انجام گیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی Feasibility of implementing a performance monitoring system for health information technology students during the internship
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: In universities of medical sciences, due to the key role of human resources in people's lives, their training during the internship period is of particular importance. Considering the role of effective assessment of the quality of students' performance, this research has been carried out with the aim of feasibility of implementing a system for monitoring the performance of health information technology students during internship. Methods: This research is descriptive-cross-sectional and among applied studies that was conducted in 1401. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 5 sections including background information and technical, organizational, human and legal dimensions, and the research population was the professors of the health information technology department at the country. The questionnaire was sent via email and finally, the data of 20 completed questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS software version 16 by descriptive statistics method. Results: The highest average scores for the possibility of implementing the performance monitoring system during internship was related to the legal dimension with 82.3%. And then there were the technical dimension with 80.6%, the organizational dimension with 79.6% and finally the human resource dimension with an average of 76.6%. Conclusion: It is possible to implement the performance monitoring system of health information technology students during internship from technical, organizational, legal and human resources aspects and considering the importance of the internship period and the effective role of performance monitoring tools in the management of activities, it is suggested that necessary measures be taken to implement this system.
