عنوان فارسی طراحی الگوی ابزارهای ارزیابی عملکرد مالی مبتنی بر رویکرد سنجش توانمندی روانشناختی مدیران مالی در بخش عمومی و اقتصادی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چشم انداز رقابتی امروز، محیط کسب و کار را برای مدیران بخش عمومی در اقتصاد بسیار چالشی ساخته است و ارزیابی عملکرد مالی را در چرخه سیستم های اطلاعاتی مدیریت، به امر حیاتی مبدل نموده است. بنابراین با ارزیابی عملکرد مالی، بهتر می توان به توانمندی پایدار در شرایط رقابتی دست یافت. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی ابزارهای ارزیابی عملکرد مالی مبتنی بر رویکرد سنجش توانمندی روانشناختی مدیران مالی در بخش عمومی می باشد، که در پژوهش حاضر پس از واکاوی پیشینه های نظری و تجربی، از روش کیفی و با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری گلوله برفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بر روی 10 نفر از مدیران مالی بخش عمومی اقتصاد  انجام شد، سپس اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و یک مدل پاردایمی استخراج گردید. یافته­ها نشان می دهد که مدل ارزیابی عملکرد مالی مبتنی بر رویکرد سنجش توانمندی روانشناختی مدیران مالی  در بخش عمومی اقتصاد شامل مضامین (شرایط علّی: توانمندسازی،ویژگی های رفتاری،سبک مدیریتی؛ شرایط زمینه­ای: ارزیابی عملکرد، ارزشیابی،کیفیت ارزیابی؛ شرایط میانجی:فعالیت عملکردی، فعالیت سازمانی، محیط سازمانی و در نهایت پیامد: سنجش توانمندی، کارآمدی مدیران) می باشد که می تواند بر عملکرد سازمان تاثیرگذار باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Designing a model of financial performance evaluation tools based on the approach of measuring the psychological ability of financial managers in the public and economic sectors
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Today's competitive landscape has made the business environment very challenging for public sector managers in the economy and has made the assessment of financial performance vital in the management information systems cycle. Therefore, by evaluating financial performance, it is better to achieve sustainable capability in competitive conditions. The purpose of this research is to design a model of financial performance evaluation tools based on the approach of measuring the psychological ability of financial managers in the public sector, which in this research, after analyzing the theoretical and experimental backgrounds, using the qualitative method and using the snowball sampling method, A semi-structured interview was conducted on 10 financial managers of the public sector of the economy, then the obtained information was analyzed using thematic analysis method and a paradigm model was extracted. The findings show that the financial performance evaluation model based on the approach of measuring the psychological capability of financial managers in the general sector of the economy includes themes (causal conditions: empowerment, behavioral characteristics, management style; background conditions: performance evaluation, evaluation, evaluation quality Mediating conditions: functional activity, organizational activity, organizational environment and finally the outcome: assessment of managers' ability, efficiency) that can affect the organization's performance.
