عنوان فارسی مطالعه انتقادی گفتمان نفی خشونت بر زنان؛ با تاکید بر لایحه «حفظ کرامت و حمایت از زنان در برابر خشونت»
چکیده فارسی مقاله خشونت بر زنان پدیده‌ای تاریخی فرهنگی است. فهم پیچیدگی‌های مسألۀ خشونت بر زنان نیازمند بررسی دقیق همۀ ابعاد و لایه‌های این واقعیت اجتماعی است. این پژوهش، با تایید مسأله­بودگی خشونت بر زنان در جامعۀ ایرانی و ضرورت ورود حاکمیت به آن به­مثابه مسألۀ اجتماعی به بررسی منابع گفتمانی لایحه «حفظ کرامت و حمایت از زنان در برابر خشونت» از منظری جامعه‌شناختی می‌پردازد.با هدف شناخت و مطالعۀ مضامین یا الگوهای معنایی غالب، متن لایحه به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و با رویکردی انتقادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.درون‌زا نبودن مسأله‌شدگی خشونت بر زنان، فقدان توجه به تنوع بوم و میدان ایرانی در تعریف مصداق‌های خشونت، عدم توجه به خاص‌بودگی‌های خانواده‌ ایرانی و الزام‌های روابط خانوادگی و حقوق‌زدگی و تمرکز بر وضع قوانین کیفری جدید در فقدان هنجارسازی و فرهنگ‌سازی مضمون‌های اصلی شناخته شده در متن لایحه است.به‌طورکلی، نتایج برآمده از تحلیل مضامین شناسایی شده نشان می‌دهد منابع گفتمان حمایت از زنان در برابر خشونت فاقد درک اجتماعی از مسأله خشونت بر زنان است و بدون توجه به زمینه‌های اجتماعی فرهنگی جامعه ایرانی و تعارضات و کلیت بافت حقوقی، برای این مسأله اجتماعی، راه‌حل‌هایی از جنس حقوقی و قانونی ارائه داده است. در واقع، منابع گفتمانی لایحه تنها با تاکید بر وجهه جهانی خشونت بر زنان و بدون توجه به درون‌زا کردن این مسأله‌شدگی، به‌جای بازگشت به فهم تجربۀ زنان از خشونت، رفتارهایی را که پیش از این مصداق خشونت در جامعۀ ایرانی دانسته نمی‌شده به‌عنوان خشونت تعریف و برساخت کرده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Critical Study of The Discourse of Ending Violence Against Women: With Emphasis on The Bill “Protection, Dignity and Security of Violence against Women”
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Violence against women is a historical-cultural phenomenon, the understanding of which requires a comprehensive investigation of all social aspects and layers attached to it as a social phenomenon. Endorsing the problematic nature of violence against women in the Iranian society and recognizing the legitimacy and essentiality of governments’ intervention, the present research investigates the discursive resources of “Preserving Women’s Dignity and Protecting them against Violence” bill.Aimed at understanding the bill’s dominant implications and meaning patterns, a critical approach is adopted for studying the text of the bill using qualitative content analysis method.The non-endogenous problematization of violence against women; the inattention to the diversity of habitat and the Iranian field in determining the instances of violence; inattention to the particularities of the Iranian family and inevitabilities of family relationships; and extreme legalization –concentration on measuring new laws– in the absence of cultural normative approaches, are the major implications found in the bill.Overall, the study of the extracted implications of the bill reveals that the resources available to the discourse of eliminating violence against women lack a social understanding of the problem and, inattentive to the Iranian socio-cultural context and legal structure, presents exclusively forensic solutions to the problem. In other words, rather than endogenizing the problem of violence against women, the discursive resources of the bill simply generalize the global features of the topic to the Iranian society, and instead of referring to the investigation of Iranian women’s experience of violence, they condemn behaviors that have not normally and historically been conceived of as instances of violence against women.
