عنوان فارسی بررسی ارتباط شادکامی و خودکارآمدی با تعارض کار- خانواده در پرستاران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: پرستاران به واسطه‌ی مسئولیت های متعدد حرفه‌ای و خانوادگی در معرض تعارض کار – خانواده قرار دارند که پیامد های منفی زیادی بر زندگی آنان خواهد داشت . بررسی عوامل مرتبط با آن جهت برنامه ریزی‌های مناسب از اولویت‌های مدیران پرستاری است . مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط شادکامی و خودکارآمدی با تعارض کار- خانواده در پرستاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی بیرجند انجام شده است. روش کار: مطالعه‌ی حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی از نوع همبستگی بود که جامعه مورد مطالعه آن پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی بیرجند در نیمه دوم سال 1399 بودند . 160 نفر از پرستاران واجد شرایط از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند . جهت جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های اطلاعات دموگرافیک پرستاران، شادکامی آکسفورد، خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و تعارض کار- خانواده کارلسون استفاده شد . داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار آماریSPSS نسخه‌ی19 و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند . یافته ها: در کل، 1/78% نمونه‌های مورد پژوهش زن،4/89% متاهل،8/88% کارشناسی با میانگین سنی55/5±69/35سال بودند . میانگین کل شادکامی (13/8 ± 51/37) در حد متوسط رو به پایین، خودکارآمدی (59/4±11/46) در حد متوسط و تعارض کار- خانواده (52/5 ±72/43) درحد متوسط بود . نتایج نشان داد که شادکامی و خودکارآمدی با تعارض کار- خانواده در پرستاران رابطه‌ی معنی دار و معکوس دارد ((001/0>p, 39/0=r) و (001/0>p, 26/0=r)). نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که خودکارآمدی و شادکامی پرستاران بر میزان تعارض کار – خانواده‌ی آنان موثر بوده و می‌توان گفت که با افزایش خودکارآمدی و شادکامی پرستاران، میزان تعارض کار – خانواده ی آنان کاهش می‌یابد. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود که با ارتقای خودکارآمدی و شادکامی پرستاران، زمینه کاهش عوارض تعارض کار – خانواده‌ی آنان را فراهم نمود . کلید واژه‌ها: شادکامی، خودکارآمدی، تعارض کار – خانواده، پرستار

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the relationship between happiness and self-efficacy with work-family conflict among nurses
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction:Nurses are exposed to work-family conflict due to various professional and family responsibilities, which will have many negative consequences on their lives. Examining the related factors for proper planning is one of the priorities of nursing managers. The aim of this study was to determine investigating the relationship between happiness and self-efficacy with work-family conflict in nurses of Birjand teaching hospitals. Methods: The present study was a cross-sectional descriptive- correlational study in which the studypopulation consisted of nurses working in Birjand teaching hospitals in the second half of 2020. 160 qualified nurses were included in the study through available sampling. To collect data, questionnaires include Nurses' demographic information;Oxford Happiness, Scherer's general self-efficacy and Carlson family-work conflict were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 19 using descriptive and inferential statistical tests. Results: In total, 78.1% of the subjects were female, 89.4% were married, and 88.8% were undergraduates with a mean age of 35.69± 5.55 years. The mean of total happiness (37.51 8 8.13) was moderate to low, self-efficacy (46.11 4 4.59) was moderate and work-family conflict (43.72 52 5.52) was moderate. The results showed that happiness and self-efficacy had a significant and inverse relationship with work-family conflict in nurses (p < 0.001, r = 0.39) and (r = 0.26, p < 0.001). . Conclusion:Findings of the present study showed that nurses 'self-efficacy and happiness are effective on the rate of work-family conflict and it can be said that with increasing nurses' self-efficacy and happiness, their work-family conflict rate decreases.
