عنوان فارسی تأثیر برنامه آموزشی حمایت محور بر میزان بار مراقبتی والدین کودکان مبتلا به سرطان بستری در بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان بعثت سنندج در سال ۱۴۰۰
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: مراقبت از کودکان مبتلا به سرطان می تواند بار مراقبتی زیادی بر والدین آنها تحمیل کند. لذا این پژوهش با هدف  تعیین تأثیر برنامه آموزشی حمایت محور بر میزان بار مراقبتی والدین کودکان مبتلا به سرطان بستری در بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان بعثت شهرستان سنندج در سال 1400 انجام گردید. مواد و روش­ها: این مطالعه نیمه­تجربی در بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان بعثت سنندج در سال1400انجام شد. 31 نمونه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه بار مراقبتی زاریت قبل، بلافاصله بعد و یک ماه بعد از مداخله جمع آوری شد. بعد از نیاز­سنجی آموزشی ، بر اساس نوع نیاز آموزشی مراقبین، دوره ­های آموزشی برای والدین برگزار شد. سپس در مدت یک­ماه در ارتباط والدین با محقق، آموزش والدین و رفع نیاز­های آنها مورد حمایت قرار گرفت. با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS نسخه 24 و با به کارگیری آماری توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: کاهش 33/9 ± 29/12 واحد در نمره کل بار مراقبتی قبل از مداخله نسبت به بلافاصله بعد از مداخله و کاهش 012/5 ± 54/6 واحد در نمره کل بار مراقبتی بلافاصله بعد از مداخله نسبت به یکماه بعد از مداخله معنی دار بود، لذا بار مراقبتی بعد از مداخله به طور معنی داری کاهش یافت (001/0= P). نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد، بکار­گیری برنامه آموزشی حمایت محور توانست بر کاهش بار مراقبتی مراقبین تأثیر گذار باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of support-based educational program on the amount of caregiver burden in parents of child with cancer admitted to Oncology ward of Besat Hospital in Sanandaj, 2021
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله ABSTRACT Background and Aim: Caring for children with cancer can impose a heavy care burden on their parents.Therefore; this research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of the support-oriented educational program on the care burden of parents of children with cancer admitted to the oncology department of Besat Hospital in Sanandaj in 2021. Materials and Methods: his semi-experimental study was conducted in the oncology department of Besat Hospital, Sanandaj in 2021. 31 samples were randomly selected. Data were collected using Zarit care burden questionnaire before, immediately after and one month after the intervention. After the educational needs assessment, based on the educational needs of caregivers, training courses were held for parents. Then, in the period of one month, parents' communication with the researcher, parents' education and meeting their needs were supported. They were analyzed using SPSS­ version 24 software and using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: a decrease of 12.29 ± 9.33 units in the total care burden score before the intervention compared to immediately after the intervention and a decrease of 6.54 ± 5.012 units in the total care burden score immediately after the intervention compared to one month after The intervention was significant, so the burden of care decreased significantly after the intervention (P=0.001). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the use of a support-based training program was able to reduce the care burden of caregivers.
