چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Mahmood Dawlat Abady born in one of villages of Khorasan in 1940. But because of hard condition of his life turn back to the school and started education and work in the theater loneliness. His first fiction was "Desert layers", then wrote his other stories and short stories until his novel " Soluch's Empty Place" then innovated the biggest novel in Persian literature "kelidar" so turn back to the classic realism and wrote his worthy novel "The Past Time of Old men" and used in them the surrealism atmosphere an magic realism and in the end of his work "soluk" turn to the "Modern Fiction". In this paper first we are explain the life of the novelist then present his important works and consider to fictional elements of "Soluch's Empty Place" as characters, the point of view, place and time, subject, theme, language and technique
